So I just want to say that I am a frequent Dunkin’ customer. I do not always come to this location but I have to say. The one time I did, my iced coffee was amazing! I ordered in the mobile app and picked up, it was made just the way I ordered it. Not too sweet and not too bitter. Thank you team! Keep up the good work. I will tip the next time I pick up.

I mean what else can I say as a Dunkin’ Donuts? Lol I usually get my sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant and my French vanilla late. Haven’t have any issues so far. Donuts are most times fresh and stocked. I love my Boston cream and you can tell when one is old or fresh base on the cream consistency, so far so good. Today my husband got the bacon, avocado toast he complained and I could see the bacon wasn’t crispy at all, soggy and greasy. Drive true is good and quick.
The employees are intentionally rude. I went here four separate times and they always put the donuts icing side against the paper bag and leave giant finger holes through the donut. There’s no way this wasn’t on purpose. Tried being friendly to the staff and was ignored.

Literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I came to the drive thru today for a simple iced macchiato. I forgot to ask for nondairy milk which I apologized for and said id pay extra for. I get handed a mocha macchiato and told that’s what I ordered. I explained I only wanted almond milk not mocha and was told to drive up and wait. Then one of the workers bangs on the window to flag me over so I had to get out of my car. Now a different worker is asking me what MY problem is with her arms crossed,attitude at a 100. I said i don’t know why you’re giving me an attitude all I asked was almond milk and she was so rude to me I had to just walk away. The people their are so miserable and never get my order correct. It’s not even like the order is complicated with has a bunch of add ons…it was just almond milk. When you have an interaction like that you don’t wanna take the item because they probably tampered with it already. Horrible customer service and horrible attitudes.
