The First Instance was when I ordered 3 Egg and Cheese between a Croissant, and I received 3 Egg and Cheese between Stale, Old Bread! I excused this because people Make Mistakes, and I assumed this was a Mistake.
The Second Instance happened today! My Brother ordered a Large French Vanilla Frozen for me, and an Employee gave him a Large Unsweetened Iced Coffee (The Label claims there's 4 Vanilla Shot, but there's 0 Vanilla Shot) and confirmed that was a Large French Vanilla Frozen Coffee. The Employee Took Advantage of my Brother because he's a Kid and doesn't know better.
I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted. The Employees of this Establishment are uneducated Immigrants who barely speak English, are Rude, and Lie and Take Advantage of their customers.
