If I could leave no stars I would the staff is rude and disgusting I ordered 2 caramel lattes with whip cream and when they hand it to me it had no whip cream and I asked the guy if he could please add whip cream because I asked for it and he rolled his eyes and then when he handed it to me again he said next time ask for it with whip cream and I said I did what kind of costumer service is that unbelievable

I went to this location at 1327 Middle Country Rd, Centereach, NY 11720, really looking forward to a Cookies and Cream ice cream after work, and I left very disappointed. The gentleman who served us had a terrible attitude: grumpy, with a sour face, and very unfriendly. It’s not my fault he was having a bad day, but it is his responsibility to treat customers well.
My boyfriend asked for his ice cream in a bowl, and he refused, saying “he didn’t have anywhere to put it,” when usually an older gentleman always serves it in a small cup without any problem. We also ordered gummies, and he rolled his eyes as if it was a bother.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this time his bad attitude and lack of kindness Surprised me.

24 hour Dunkin it’s cool

Dunkin’s biggest problem is inconsistency. One day the coffee tastes like dirty water. The next it’s so over-extracted it might as well be brewed from charred coffee bean dust. There is no standard or quality control.
Same goes for dairy and sweeteners. Sometimes it’s overloaded with cream and sugar. Other times it’s completely black, even when the order is exactly the same. It should not be a gamble every time you stop for coffee.
This is my favorite DD location. The staff is very professional, quick, and well trained. Every crafted drink I’ve gotten from here looks exactly like it was advertised.

Great coffee, always made the right way, food always hot and fresh. Down fall before 6am slooooooooow. Customers can be lined up and the associate is worrying about mobile orders. Waited 19 minutes to be served with 1 customer in front of me and they ordered a black hot coffee and a coffee roll. Gotta fix that problem and they would be awesome

Good collection of donuts. Workers are chirpy so that helps with the appetite. But the WiFi is horrendous, prehistoric speed, it made me wished for dial up to make a come back. I came to finish some paper, simple Google page took forever to load.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I was surprised to be charged extra simply for requesting a drink without ice for my child. While I understand additional charges for extras, this felt unreasonable. Moreover, the staff and even the owner were noticeably rude, which made the overall experience very unpleasant. I would not recommend this place based on the service we received.
Very very disappointed today. If you want to spoil your mood go there very bad service. The worker working at midnight shift so rude. I went there today I was stand there for 5 minutes no response even he didn’t say Hii he just ignored and when I ask can I order he was like wait I have so many orders to do. So much rude. Never try again….
I can’t say enough good things about this Dunkin’ location! The majority of the staff here are absolutely amazing—kind, considerate, and always delivering top-tier customer service. I want to give a special shoutout to Theminah, who’s usually there in the mornings. She is always smiling, incredibly considerate, and truly makes your day better with her warmth and professionalism. She’s just one of the many frontline employees who make this Dunkin’ stand out from the rest.
I also want to acknowledge all the other employees—I wish I knew all their names because they deserve recognition! They have a unique ability to connect with customers, making you genuinely want to come back. You don’t find that at every Dunkin’. The owner of this location has an incredible team—an absolute asset to the brand!
Beyond the service, the coffee here is consistently great, and the bakery items are always fresh. Yes, sometimes there’s a long line, but let’s be real—good service and quality products attract customers! Even when it takes a little longer (and by longer, I mean more than a minute, which is still fast compared to other locations), they handle the rush efficiently. If you’ve been to other Dunkin’s—especially outside of New York—you know that wait times can be much worse.
This team balances in-store and mobile orders like pros, ensuring everyone gets what they need as quickly as possible. Their hustle and dedication deserve recognition, and I hope the owner truly values this incredible group of employees. Keep up the phenomenal work! This is hands down one of the best Dunkin’ locations out there.

I asked the young guy behind the counter if he could brew me a fresh batch of coffee. He was very polite and did it right away. I didn’t catch his name, but it was a young guy working in the evening.
I work right next to this dunkin but I've only been there to get coffee 3 times . When I do get a craving for matcha tho I go for a quick fix here. However when I order ahead and use the app for some reason they ALWAYS fill the large cup as if it were a medium. As if they were going to put whipped creme. Even tho they never do. Even when I Request it pay extra to Add whipped creme. They still don't do it haha. Yet my cup is always this empty regardless of the Dunkin I go to.. is this the standard? Don't bother getting from dunkin when it costs the same as a Starbucks matcha and if you do get a medium.
