The app is now misleading and has wiped out all of my rewards. I had a large some of points that are now gone. Also, I put an order in today and when I went to the store to get it they didn’t have the order. Turns out that the app is no longer of any use. They had to refund me and had me redo the order in the store which took longer. But as a corporation they should not be handling business this way. They have lost a loyal customer.

Coming to Gong Cha was extremely uncomfortable. The lady at the front who was the only employee there at the time made zero effort to acknowledge customers walking in. No greeting, no eye contact no “I’ll be with you in a second.” Nothing. She had her headphones on the entire time, which already feels unprofessional in a customer service setting. When I said hello, there was absolutely no response. It completely killed any good intention I had as a customer trying to support the business. Standing there ignored while trying to give a place your money is not a great feeling, also 3 people walked in and 0 acknowledged. I understand nobody is required to be cheerful 24/7, but basic manners are part of working in service. A simple hello, eye contact, or acknowledgment takes zero effort and makes a huge difference. If someone doesn’t want to interact with customers, they probably shouldn’t be working a front-facing service job. The rest of the staff is usually welcoming, but this specific employee really brought the experience down. Very unprofessional and disappointing. She should do better.

Drinks are so delicious. So many different flavors and varieties, cannot wait to try them all! Store is cute and clean! Only reason I deducted a star is because of the employee that I see there the last few times. Seems like she doesn’t want to be there at all and is not very friendly/happy/productive. They should put a second employee so while she makes the drinks, the other can help the next waiting customer at least. One person is not enough and causes a wait for no reason! Other than that, love this place!

you should hire more employees, one worker to do all online orders, walk in and cause wait for one drink that's not cool. If you want make more money more customers it means you need compromise by hiring more employees. You go to any Starbucks or coffee shop never only have one or two ppl there get at least 3 of them stanf by.
Even at the mall back then you have more employees than one person. Smh
