They're all different. Some way better than others. Not sure if its just a matter of what day or crew you get or if its the place in general that sets one apart from the other. Also, you definitely can't go by first impressions. I've surprised by the outside area looking like iffy and be extremely pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service on the inside.

Customer service is horrible!!! They give me my 2 drinks with the soda dripping all over the cup so I ask the woman for a napkin she gives me one napkin to wipe the soda off the first cup as she sees me cleaning the cup you think she would have the decency to clean the second cup before handing it to me nope that one has soda all over it also. After realizing my 3 meals I ordered only came with 1 biscuit I ask can I buy 2 more biscuits please. I was told I have to drive back around because there’s a timer I look behind me and there’s no other cars at the drive thru. I ask for the manager he tells me the same thing I have to drive around. What happened to customer service anymore? The Manager Christian had a terrible attitude laughing at me holding his pin with his name on it saying you want to take a picture of it? So I did. So hopefully the regional Manager or someone in Corporate sees this post and can teach this kid what customer service means!!!

There is too much breading on the chicken. Also, the coleslaw had spoiled cabbage mixes in with the fresh cabbage, you can tell by the brown color. Plus, the Pepsi was very watery. I was very disappointed but I'll give them a second try to see if it improves.
This place is terrible staff is the worst they come out tell me 4 minutes then proceeded to take half an hour beyond ridiculous.

Was at this location last night to get food. I ordered 12 pc chicken nugget (when I got home noticed I only got 8 pc). The chicken was very tough biting into it. Had to throw it out. Asked the woman at the counter for extra sauce, that I offered to pay for, and she said she couldn’t give me more.
I had KFC before, but honestly never had this experience.
I was missing my 2 FRIES and 2 pieces of chicken . There were only 10 pieces in the bucket .
Its irritating 😠 Paid $90 to get my food delivery and I just got 10 pieces no fries . Come on KFC !!!! Tell your employees double check the orders , now How do I get my money back for the fries & chicken that im missing ? There do I call ???? 😡😡😡
