Never even heard of Cacio e pepe or the pasta to make it, Tonnarelli. They looked at me like I had two heads. Terrible customer service. I told them that I was just in Rome for my 25th anniversary, and that this was one of their signature pasta dishes from the Rome region. They couldn’t care less.

This place is Amazing from Anthony the catering manager to staff behind the counter. Amazing food selection, the staff are kind and curious, very professional. They treat clients with respect they deserve. They have fresh made food daily. The place inside is amazing, looks great with interior.

Went here for the first time a couple weeks ago. And wow! I did not regret it. This is an authentic Italian market and deli exactly as advertised. They had an entire menu of just specialty sandwiches. It's hard to even choose there are so many delicious options! I got the Long Island special #41 I wanna say I forgot the number..but man was that an excellent sub! The staff was very friendly! I will definitely be back! They also have a nice deli and plenty of Italian style meats to choose from.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The balding man with the eyeglasses working the front—whether in person or on the phone—has no business dealing with customers. His flat, miserable attitude makes every interaction feel like you’re inconveniencing him just by existing. He acts like he’s being bothered by doing the very job he’s paid for.

News flash: people don’t just pay for the food—they pay for service, respect, and the overall experience. No one wants to spend their hard-earned money to be treated like an annoyance. This kind of energy is toxic to a business and will absolutely be the downfall of this place if management doesn’t wake up and fix it.

I’d rather drive out of my way to get good food and decent human interaction than ever deal with that again. Shameful.

First time there today. I live in the neighborhood and have been wanting to try it for a long time. My kids go often. I have to say that I am not impressed. The service was less than par. The gentleman with the short cut beard and glasses has absolutely no personality. When I approached the counter I explained to him that it was my first time there and I was excited to try it. No reaction from him whatsoever. I asked if there was a menu or something for sandwiches they offer. With an attitude, he pointed to the wall and said sandwiches and trays. After choosing what I wanted, I went back to him at the counter to place my order. With an attitude yet again he said you order at the counter. As if I should have known that my first time there. I also decided to order 2lbs of the pastries. It was like a chore for him to put the ones I wanted in the box. Then after he rang me up I asked if the sandwich comes with a side salad. He answers with an attitude again, “nope.”

Even my daughter has said since they have gone viral the food has gone downhill. My sandwich was okay. I wouldn’t rave about it. I will not be returning. One and done!
