My order was taken 2 times at drive though and 4 times inside when I asked for help with the wrong order. it only consisted of two things. Manager Elizabeth is super rude and acted like a smartass and had her other employee who was also rude. This place is so unprofessional what can you expect from a McDonaldâs though right

Hi, I am a worker of a McDonaldâs too, and I went to this restaurant to order my food to the register (at 8:30pm approximately today 12/21/25). First things first, there was a worker laying on the counter where the food is placed unprofessionally, and rude. I managed to hear a name, which was Amir. I donât know if it was this guy, but because of his facial traits, he looked Indian ethnicity. (I am so sorry if not and for my assumptions) Here is why he is unprofessional: I asked him if he was taking orders, he responded by: âyes, or you can use the kiosk if you want.â (I donât do this at my restaurant, I take their orders politely. By the way, I am 15 years old, this gentleman looks like an adult, he should be better than me at costumer service.) he said this while he was still laying on the counter waiting for his co-worker for whatever he was doing. I personally was not satisfied with this costumer service. I ordered my food, and I waited. I also went there because I was thirsty and I needed some water, so I ordered a large cup of water. This time, the other co-worker asked very politely if we were ordering. I told him âno, but could I have a large cup of water, pleaseâ. The gentleman was confused by my request which was odd because in the McDonalds like mine there is usually water but in this one I donât see any. He gave me the cup and said âitâs on the houseâ which still was odd but because water is free either way, still this was really nice and thatâs why I didnât marked this a ONE star! I was confused by this because in my McDonalds we give out tap water for free depending on the size they ask for. The food was done really fast. But, My dad told me that where was his drink? so I went and asked the same guy that was rude to me and told him, âoh, weâre missing a medium Cokeâ. He told me, âoh yes thatâs because the other worker gave you the large size cup.â Obviously I was confused because the large cup was for the water that I requested which was free, and by the way there was no water, so I got myself iced tea. I told him this and I explained him why I had this drink, but he didnât care and told me, âbut thatâs not water,â I, said âyes because you guys donât have water. Can I have the Coke thatâs on the order?â He said, âOK but I have to charge you for another drinkâ And I was like, âoh, but this one is the one I asked because water is free, but you guys donât have water, and the other worker told me that it was on the house, so whatâs the problem?â He still insisted to charge me and said â yea but I still have to charge you for another drinkâ which didnât make any sense at all. Lastly, he didnât care so he still charged me. I honestly Didnât like this customer service because not only he did not care for my justification which was right and It was Not my fault because the drink was on the house like the other co-worker said, but because the nonsense and unnecessary and unprofessional way that this worker treated me and acted like. Very bad compared to his co-worker, which had a band-Aid so itâs better detailed who were working this day. Thanks!

Their drive-through is just absolutely horrible. Anytime I came to pick up my order from this place. That is the closest one to my house is impossible. It takes so long to give a service. They just not a fast food. They are slow food.

I just came through the drive thru around 7:50. The first window had a kid there not making eye contact. I figured it was closed. I sat there for a good few minutes with no communication from the worker. I decided to pull up. Another man yelled at me for skipping the window. Instead of being professional, he tried to intimidate me. Once I gave him my card he had an attitude and made this face when he gave it back to me. Very rude. I understand I did something wrong but there was no reason for the employee to react like that. We all make mistakes. This happened today 12/6/2025 around 7:50pm. I wish I got his name but he had his hair in a braid. The other guy next to him was much nicer. Please give that guy a raise.
The customer service was IMMACULATE. I never leave reviews but felt inclined to after a delightful encounter with a cashier. Made my night and restored my faith in the fast food industry.

Late night drive-thru. Employee taking our order is very flamboyant. Unnecessarily loud. Which would be fine. Except he messed up the order. Terribly. Ordered burgers with KETHCUP ONLY and got pickles and onions no cheese no ketchup. Very disappointing. It's all fun and games until you can't eat your food due to allergens that you don't discover until you get home. Not imppressed. Lose the clown in the drive-thru.
