Food was terrible! This Restaurant has a 1.8 and going down. As soon as the drive through handed me my bag my car began to stink of a foul smell. Everything tasted of salt to mask the real nasty food. I may never eat at the big M again!!!

This McDonald's is below average...I had a mobile order,they said it had been cancelled,had no clue what was going on and gave me cold food had to go back and ask for a fresh order and I still think they gave me the same food back...don't worry I'll never be back👎🏾

Uber provides very slow service to its staff. They do not behave well at all. The staff force you to confirm by phone in public. This is not the right behavior.

Went to get my usual breakfast meal, steak egg and cheese bagel with a coffee. Order came out to 9.29 plus tax. Pulled up greeted by a nice older lady, (she’s always amazing and energetic and welcoming) and paid. Pulled up to the second window and Spanish lady gives me my meal. I checked the bag and noticed there was only a bagel in there and no hash brown. I asked her where my hash brown was. She stated “you only pay for sandwich”. I was like no, I paid for the meal. I know because I used to work at McDonald’s when I was younger and that I always paid the same amount for the meal. She then proceeded to ask me if I want a hash brown. I said yes, and she pulled out the card reader and said $2.70. I was like whatever. Tapped my card and paid for the “extra” hash brown I wanted. I then checked the mobile app while she went to get my “extra” hash brown and confirmed that it was in fact $9.29 for the combo. I showed her but she refused to look. She said “I don’t know who took your order but I know better” “if there was hash brown it would say hash brown on the receipt” the item clearly stated Ml at the end, meaning meal, and drink uncharge for the coffee meaning you ordered a meal and was up charged for a premium drink. If it was just a sandwich it would say the full price for the drink. She was like ok fine I give you extra hash brown with a nasty attitude. I will never let this lady work my drive thru if I ran this McDonald’s.
Morning staff is exceptional. Evening staff is horrendous. Takes 20 mins to bring curbside orders. Drive through is no better. Had to go inside to pick curbside order and employee was rude and unapologetic. Food was cold. Truly horrible experience.

I pull up to order kids happy meal for 6 pieces at 10:12am of chicken nuggets but the order taker say it wont happen till 10:30am.. that how you loses customers fire that person..

Late for breakfast, but they still have a breakfast burrito and pancakes after breakfast time is over. Yay! Great! No senior coffee like Wendy's (Great deal at the price) Value coffee is at a fair price. Meals are good although could be better (lower) priced. They came out with freebies when ordering in the app. But you can't put in the senior discount on the app. 😒
