Didn’t let me cash out on my reward

I brought a small group of developmentally disabled adults to Moe's in Centereach for dinner. The staff were patient with them and helpful too . All of the food was good. There was a nice variety of drinks from the Coke Freestyle machine, plus a machine for iced tea, which I like.

Everything was great 💯

Food is good. Like the sauce options and of course the chips. Prompt service.

First time I ever tried Moe's and I have to say that it was the best tacos I've ever eaten everyone was nice and it was very clean

The last couple of times I’ve ordered a bowl from Uber eats through this restaurant. It got to my house and smelled like chemical. I couldn’t eat the bowl. I have gotten a bowl from different Moe‘s locations, (recently this location )many many many times… the first couple of times this happened With regards to the taste and that chemical tast, I thought it was me, so I didn’t say anything. This last bowl that I ordered three days ago I actually wrote an email to Uber eats I could not eat the bowl I had to throw it out. I’ve been very disappointed with this location not sure what happened or where the change happened, but I do hope that they can figure it out.

Moe's as a whole is good. I really like this place The service is excellent and the food is fresh. The General Manager Iveth is very nice and very friendly. She always has a smile on her face and is very pleasant. She has served me quite a few times and has helped me with the Moe's app and she is always the same. She is very patient. Yesterday I just so happened to find out she was the GM when I went to a man that I thought was the manager because I wanted to let him know that she was an excellent worker. Just so happened he was the regional manager and told me that she was the GM. She was back there working as hard as anyone but with a smile. She is an asset to this location and especially to Moe's period.

I go here all the time cause it's close but honestly the workers and manager are the rudest people ever always giving attitude anyway possible and paying 17 bucks for chicken burrito with guacamole with the smallest spoonful of chicken honestly if I don't get chicken the burrito would taste the same you can't even tell it has chicken with how little they give you

The employees are nice and the restaurant is clean. Food always seems fresh. The hours listed are wrong, they’re open from 11am-9pm everyday, they don’t close at 6pm like it says on their website and google.

They food was delish. The staff was great. The seating was ehh. And the lighting was dim.

Disgusting food

I visit this restaurant as a customer always, today i went here as doordasher and met disrespectful behavior a young male worker who wears glasses. I m so disappointed because of that and I dont think to come here again as customer and don’t recommend to any my friends. Please warn your employees to act kindly to all people

This location wasn’t very busy, so service was quick, and decently friendly. Meal was tasty and enjoyable; very filling. This was my first time at this location, and I am not a regular patron of the business in general, but I would definitely consider going back to this location, or one closer to my home.
