Mozzafiato Pizzeria

I’ve been going to this motzzofiato since they opened . The food and pizza was amazing. The past year have not been happy with the food a pizza. Some of the entrées have been salty and the pizza is not the same . Very disappointed

Keep trying, hoping it was a fluke but tonight we ordered a Sicilian and my goodness what a mess. Looks like it was slapped together, thrown in oven with just enough cheese to call it a cheese pie with their sauce dripped over the top to hide that fact. Had half a slice and regretted even that!!! The sauce tastes tinny, very bland and too sweet. I’m sure it came out of a huge industrial can!! My sauce is cooked and tastes rich, theirs not so much. Very disappointed

Update: okay I will elaborate. There was barely any cheese on your Sicilian pie. I’ve had better sauce at home and out. I was pretty clear on the taste in original review. It tastes tinny and bland. Waste of our hard earned money. You overused the sauce to hide the fact that there was barely any cheese on your CHEESE Sicilian pie. It was burnt in some places, undercooked in others. Owner reaching out for to elaborate is just silly. I was perfectly clear and tried to be easy but now I feel offended.

The ovens are dirty & it affects the pizza & pies & the people that work behind the counter are rude & young ab obnoxious people! Just another crappy pizza place on the island ! Diff not real Italian pizza.

I love my local pizza place, but I needed to try something else. This place has amazing pizza! Also I remember pizzerias having good garlic knots and honesty have not had a good knot in many many years idk why places usually drop the ball. But let me tell you they have amazing garlic knots will be coming back very soon thank you

I would give a 5 star if the food was perfect. The white slice and specialty pizza was wonderful. The regular pizza was ok , I expected it to have a better ratio of cheese and sauce. It definitely had way too much sauce and not enough cheese. A little disappointing, as every one says how great it is.
Like manhattan pizza, as a city girl, I disagree. The service was outstanding, the prices are as expected. Overall a good experience.

I gladly drive 27 minutes (yes, I timed it) just to get my hands on Mozzafiato Pizza. In a world where bland, cardboard-like pizza somehow survives, Mozza is like a lighthouse guiding us lost souls back to real, glorious pizza. This isn’t just good pizza – it’s great pizza. Every bite is like a love letter to your taste buds, with flavors and craftsmanship that leave other places in the dust.

Now, my mother-in-law, bless her heart, insists on getting pizza from her local spot. And let me tell you, it’s… not great. They’re carbing up on mediocrity! I’ve begged her—pleaded with her—to drive the extra five minutes to Mozza, but no. She’d rather save time and eat sadness. What a shame. Literally what a shame.

While others settle for ‘meh,’ I’ll happily go the distance, because once you’ve had Mozza, there’s no turning back. Hands down, top 3 pizzas in my life. Oh, and don’t even get me started on the dinner dishes – just #amazing ??

Wow I thought the customer is always right. I own a business and I treat my customers with respect and go out of my way to accommodate them. I was just spoke to so rude! There are plenty other pizza places that are very nice and deliver. ALBERTS ON PORTION ROAD will get all of our business.

The pizza at this place is amazing. Traditional pie or specialty you name it. Service is awesome as well, the guys are super nice. One of the best spots on Long Island!

First time to this pizzeria. Usually a huge fan of Branchinellis and always disappointed that no one can compare. Was SHOCKED that this place blows branchinelli pizza out of the water, along with every other pizzeria that we have tried - which are many - in Suffolk. The crust of every pizza here is amazing, especially the thick crust pizzas. We tried the Sicilian and regular pizza. We also tried a slice of white, a slice of Philly cheese steak, a slice of spinach and artichoke, grandma, and some slice with fresh tomatoes, basil, prosciutto, and cheese. The specialty pizzas were so delicious and so fresh and were our favorites. We cannot wait to return and try other slices as well as the paninis. A++++
