Got takeout NYE and only received the soup & salad from our dinners . Called restaurant to see if we could get our dinners and was told they were closing and someone would call me next day. I ended up going there 3 days later and spoke to a manager who gave me a gc to cover my dinner cost. That was ok but really didn't help the fact that we had to scramble at 10pm on NYE for dinner. So for future takeout I would definitely check my bags before I go home .

So we used our gc yesterday for takeout and they didn't put our soup in the bag. I didn't even bother calling them .I was so annoyed & wanted to find my words properly. I will call Darden office & see what they say.

Ordered Pickup tonight on their app because it was New Year's Eve. Must have been busy because it was scheduled for 50 minutes after order completion (7:10pm). Even though I gave them my cell number they only confirmed my order by email. At 7:00pm I got a text that my order would be ready at 7:10pm. When I got my order home, the Family-Style Lasagna Bundle (serves 4-6) was crushed on one side so bad that the cheese was stuck to half of the aluminum lid. Even though I only live 15 minutes away, the included 12 Bread Sticks were still warm in their foil lined bags and the included Jumbo House Salad was still ice cold in it's plastic container including 12oz bottle of Olive Garden Salad Dressing (interestingly the expiration date on the bottle was the next day, still good though). Had to microwave each lasagna portion before serving. But the Meatballs (5) Parmigiana appetizers where an absolute joy. I ordered the Gallon Bellini Peach-Raspberry Iced Tea which was very tasty and went well with everything.

This place is truly a masterpiece of good cuisine I sincerely had an amazing time Christine the manager made me and my friends feel right at home Lizz the bartender was amazing as well as the food , this was a very great experience me my friend Brandon and Danny will definitely be back this was a amazing experience thank you guys!!!

It's a very comfortable place. The food is delicious. There was a woman there, I think she was the manager, she was very sweet and attentive.

The food was really awful. Meatballs tasted like they were ground up yoga mats. The tomato sauce was terrible. The creamy Toscana soup was super watery and made me sick, salad was drenched in dressing and completely soggy, the lettuce was like overcooked pasta. I haven't been to an olive garden in a long time but I can't remember the last time I ate such a terrible meal. You're better off with a can of spaghettios.

I ate here after a long day of work. And I had the best experience ever. The server Emily was very nice and helpful. And made sure I got my food on time and well made. She is there to work and work only. And I appreciate a server like that. Excellent service.

It was a very nice lunch, the chicken Parm was a little tough, and I should have said something, but it still tasted good. Our server was very nice and the rest of the food was pretty good.

Well most say that after several times of going here I was well treated and with best food that I had since I'm a customer here...
Christina was exceptional manager and a great cook definitely the best I've saw at that place ...Amanda was a sweetheart and very nice with us... We will come back before we said we will never come back again but this time was the best of the best of years of patronage at that place
