The cold sesame noodles were horrible. Not what is expected.

It seems very possible that this place has been taken over by new owners about 5 or 6 months ago. I have not seen the same people up front who used to take your order and payment who were always friendly and gave good customer service. The new people up front are not friendly and are very disorganized. They look confused when taking your order and forget to give you the additional / side items you request with your food. The food is very disappointing now. It used to be delicious and balanced; now it's very bland and unappetizing! If you ask for a dish to be prepared a certain way, they just look at you for 5 minutes, like they're in a trance! I have tried this place several times over the recent months hoping they would improve but that hasn't happened, so I won't be going back here anymore. Used to love the food here; a real shame!

We order direct from the Panda Garden website for delivery, and love this place! The black pepper chicken is divine, as are the cold sesame noodles. This is our go-to place for American Chinese food and has been for close to 2 decades. We love Panda Garden Centereach!

Awful. I just wanted some wanton soup and fried rice. Simple basic American Chinese food. The pork fried rice never saw the inside of a wok. Yellow rice with chopped steamed vegetables and chopped red pork. No sear or seasoning! Wantons were good but floating in yellow salt water.

We got: Dumplings Pork Fried Rice Boneless Ribs Chicken n Broccoli Chicken wings Egg Rolls Listen…………. I was nervous, the reviews in this area were sketchy at best this location and the most reviews and baybeeeeee… this taste very close to Chinese food before covid. WE WILL BE BACK! ♥️ Ate the food before I could snap a pic… but the Pork Fried Rice🤤 (always my tester)…. Onions, peas,carrots and the rice is yellow…. You can it go wrong!

Just pick up Beef & broccoli and sesami chicken for me and my wife's dinner and beef was horrible. I do not know what they do to IT, but its all white color like chicken (I thought I ordered chicken & broccoli at first), and TOO MUCH soft !. We couldn't eat it at all. Very disappointed. We will NEVER go back !!
Wow, this was the best Chinese food I've had on Long Island in a long time. Ever since COVID, it's hard to find great Chinese food. Tried this place for take out. Ordered Hot and Sour soup, egg drop, fried rice, general tsos chicken, chicken and broccoli. The containers were packed to the top, the food was great. Soup had a kick and lots of ingredients floating around in it. This will be our new Chinese take out spot.

Almost every time I've ordered from here the food has been delicious. The portions of food are large, & I just love the egg rolls here. I usually order the Sesame Chicken with pork fried rice & egg roll, it's always been fantastic. My sister ordered the Chicken & Broccoli, & although a very large portion was given, the chicken ended up being very slimmy. It was unfortunately unedible.
