My ice cream (coffee flavor) in wafer cone was very good. My wife got the blueberry cheesecake water cream ice was a 10/10! Good service. They have ices, ice cream, and soft serve. Also a Dubai chocolate sundae.

My sweettooth for ices calls me from across the middle country road. They even have Frosty Paws' dog ice cream for my dog.

I door dashed from ralph’s in centereach/selden, and the door dasher delivered someone else’s order to my house. when i called the store, a man answered the phone and was really apologetic about the situation and contacted the delivery driver and gave me a call back stating that Mohammad (the door dasher) was very rude over the phone and didn’t care that he delivered it to the wrong house. I tried contacting him as well and never got a response. The ralph’s manager personally remade my order and dropped it off to my house. Impeccable customer service and an amazing human (since you don’t see this very often). :)

Worst customer service and probably because they don’t have the correct training I didn’t get what I want they serve right away icing Flavor when you ask for hard iced cream flavors I told her twice and I still got icing flavors pistachio tested like water sugar soap mixed now we understand why Saturday night was so empty they should ask more be more friendly and make sure the customers get what the want to eat not what they feel to serve ,none 3 of us got the right flavor ? very annoying. Hate write down a complain but store was empty with 5 people working I don’t get it how nobody can help the customers the right way or help the new ones if they’re making a mistake .

Never fails. A great stop for the family. It's a bit pricy but the quality is good. The Chocolate hard ice cream was TOO chocolate. Very dark bitter flavor, but everything else was really good. That's a personal preference item - I won't be ordering the chocolate ice cream again. It's a frequent family dessert spot.
