Today I ordered the lavender chill , and when I got it there was no dragonfruit on top of the drink. I ordered the drink several times at other Starbucks and they always come with dragon fruits.When I asked the cashier about the dragonfruit, she said this drink no dragonfruit. I told her it is!she gave me the attitude and she was mean,I feel like I wasn’t treated properly and the other two boys did nothing. Then I showed the girl a picture of the drink on the apps and she asked in a rude was is I wanted the dragonfruit on top of the drink. She slapped the top of the drink and took it away but she only put a little bit of dragonfruit on top.Then she gave the drink to me in a rude way and I will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER come to this Starbucks EVER again!

The server was nice. Tgey lost 3 stars on the following. Tge line was only 3 people deep including me and took over 6 minutes to get to counter. I only wanted fresh coffee an inch of half and half and 3 raw sugars and an egg and bacon sandwich. I'd rather make it myself as this is the same reason I dont like going to Dunkin donuts. I wasnt concerned because All the Starbucks I've gone to account for that and have a condiments table, half and half, more sugar, vanilla, stirrers etc. All this dirty table had was napkins, sugar, Raw sugar and sweet and low. No stirrers no ketchup etc. Of course I needed more half and half and ketchup. Then you have to ask them in the middle of someone else's order for what you need, everyone's aggravated including the customer I had to interrupt. My only other choice was to wait in line for another 6 minutes. Very inefficient operation at best.

The lady at the mobile window on 8/6/22 at 11:40am always make me do the line again when they are the one who mess up my order. I place my order before going to work, I don’t have time to be making the line again. No disregard for anyones time.

Well if you get a coffee in the morning, the manager makes it with so much sadness and despair the foam on my latte collapses with in 5 mins. I'm paying top dollar for coffee, let the cheerful young kids make it with a smile and a bit of happiness ?Edit part 2 ...If you go there at 8:30 from work, trying to get a bit of caffeine they will tell you they can't make it cause they close at 9..... but it's 8:30? "Well I don't want to get everything dirty, cause I just cleaned it" so there you go.Grumpy middle aged man that infects your latte with sadness or the lazy girl with a nose ring that doesn't want to pour you a cup of coffee 30 mins before closing time....

Got so sick last time I came to this place from there bacon chicken sandwich then went to come again to give chance and said they don’t have iced coffee only cold brew after waiting in line for work then to drive 10 more mins and be late to work this place is horrible
