Their car reader went down. Was told after my card was already swiped.... I paied in cash, then a couple hours later I saw via cash app card that the transaction went thru. I ended up double paying for 4 drinks! I've called this location about it but noone wants to help. Just keep getting sent in circles.

This is the 3rd time I specifically asked for something specific at the register, it doesn't get done, I say something, and I get a dirty look. Today was even worse! After explaining my issue, your employeeshouts across the store that I am a liar... one of the worst retail experienes in a while. I've lived in this neighborhood for years, and I would normally not leave a negative review for a local company. I rarely ever leave a negative review. Your employee yelled at me, called me a liar, and was 100% wrong. Honestly, at this point, I'll drive the extra 5 minutes and go to Selden. They get my drink right, and I am treated with respect. Horrible service. Horrible experience. On the right is my drink done correctly. On the left is the drink I "lied about" not lining the cup with extra caramel. That's what I got yelled at in public for...... Thanks Starbucks

Overpriced for nothing special. They definitely have some specific drinks that are intriguing but I don't understand the hype personally. The coffee is bitter the food tastes like cardboard and the stuff that is actually good tasting is bogged down with sugar. Don't take my feedback alone because this place is always packed so maybe it's just my opinion. PS when it's busy the drive thru and parking can be very dangerous and a pain. Good luck
This is not your typical Starbucks. All the folks working here seem to really care about the quality of the drinks they're making. And they're all super friendly and seem to know everyone that walks in the door. Definitely not my normal Starbucks experience. I wish my local one was like this one.

Came in 35 minutes before they closed and told they had no cinnamon cake even though there are 2 in the display case we are told the ones in the display case are not for sale, yet there is a whole tray visible for all to see!Also wouldn’t heat up brownie because “the oven is already off”.Obviously don’t want to work the full shift. More interested in leaving work as soon as possible.

Horrible drinks made at this location. The workers do a halfass job and not preparing the drink properly. Went to this location two days in a row and service was foul. The refreshers are to be shaken and they are not. I will not be back.
