I frequently get my cinnamon dolce hot latte at this centereach starbucks. It is always great! Very friendly staff each and every time i go here. And the staff operates amazing together. You can just tell they all love to work together. Impressive to say the least.

Today while the new guy John was directly helping me out, Mags interrupted him to do something else leaving me hanging and waiting much longer while did other stuff.
Between this and the GM the other week, I think Selden is a much better example of true customer service put first <3

I came in on a busy Saturday and was surprised to see only one employee handling both the register and making drinks. It was clearly overwhelming, and the line kept getting longer. On top of that, they were out of several items. This location seriously needs better staffing and organization.

The barista made my drink wrong three times. When he finally got it right, he acted like he was doing me a favor. Lose the attitude. I expect to get what I order when paying >$7 for a cup of coffee.

It's really ridiculous to have so much ice. This should be another way to cool the coffee. The shaker can also cool coffee with ice and be sold with much less ice. Or you can sell much larger coffees at a much higher price. I don't believe the coffee here is 24 oz.

The service is good but the seating is horrible since they got rid of the tables. The bench is rock hard and the ridiculously small side stands are no bigger than a dinner plate. I like to relax on my day off being that it's the whole point of a coffee shop. This location is anything but that.

We ordered two drinks and both were extremely watered down and both tasted awful. The eggs were good, however, they did not add sriracha as we requested and they gave us a spoon instead of a fork. Won’t return. .

Asked for no plastic top on adrink and got told have to have one because it's company policy. Yeah, pollute the world with more plastic, and I don't care about your company policy. I care about what I want. Told the manager to keep his drinks. He lost 12 dollars.

Their car reader went down. Was told after my card was already swiped.... I paied in cash, then a couple hours later I saw via cash app card that the transaction went thru. I ended up double paying for 4 drinks! I've called this location about it but noone wants to help. Just keep getting sent in circles.
