I ordered 2 PINK DRINKS through the mobile app, one without strawberries and one with strawberries(regular way). When we went inside to pick it up, both drinks had NO strawberries. I checked the stickers to make sure we didnāt mess up. We ordered it correctly. (My daughter does not like the strawberries) I brought this to the attention of the barista JAY. He seemingly took the drink with an attitude and just added a few strawberries and handed it back. No apologies. No smile. No nothing. I frequent this Starbucks and in the rare occasion my drink is wrong, I do at least get an apology. We did nothing wrong. I pray I donāt encounter him again. He was not pleasant AT. ALL.

if i could give zero stars i would, the drinks i got were nothing that i asked for one has no caramel lining on the cup which was asked for and my cold foam is missing. the other drink i got literally just tastes like milk. the only good thing was the croissant

One of the worst experiences Iāve had here. Some gay guy with long curly hair had a hard time what I was saying, then continued to be rude, talking about whatās with the attitude, he didnāt even make my drink right so now I am left with some hot berry drink. As I walked out of the store, him and another girl started laughing, Start hiring people who can handle this buisness and not grumpy sad teenagers who donāt have the basic knowledge of working

I frequently get my cinnamon dolce hot latte at this centereach starbucks. It is always great! Very friendly staff each and every time i go here. And the staff operates amazing together. You can just tell they all love to work together. Impressive to say the least.

Today while the new guy John was directly helping me out, Mags interrupted him to do something else leaving me hanging and waiting much longer while did other stuff.
Between this and the GM the other week, I think Selden is a much better example of true customer service put first <3
I came in on a busy Saturday and was surprised to see only one employee handling both the register and making drinks. It was clearly overwhelming, and the line kept getting longer. On top of that, they were out of several items. This location seriously needs better staffing and organization.

It's really ridiculous to have so much ice. This should be another way to cool the coffee. The shaker can also cool coffee with ice and be sold with much less ice. Or you can sell much larger coffees at a much higher price. I don't believe the coffee here is 24 oz.
