Came in 35 minutes before they closed and told they had no cinnamon cake even though there are 2 in the display case we are told the ones in the display case are not for sale, yet there is a whole tray visible for all to see!Also wouldn’t heat up brownie because “the oven is already off”.Obviously don’t want to work the full shift. More interested in leaving work as soon as possible.

Horrible drinks made at this location. The workers do a halfass job and not preparing the drink properly. Went to this location two days in a row and service was foul. The refreshers are to be shaken and they are not. I will not be back.

Everyone was so friendly here! I had ordered a drink online and accidentally put in the wrong location. I was just visiting the area and don’t know it well, so it was confusing finding the right store. They understood the situation and offered to make it for me there instead. Most the workers are wonderful. The manager and one of the workers are very unprofessional and rude. I am very disappointed I have came here for many years and since new manager came my experience has been not good. I ordered my drink that I have always ordered and because of the manager telling the employees not to make it the way I pay for they would not do my drink. The manager made me feel very uneased.

I went with my best friend and her daughter to Centereach Starbucks. I ordered the blended pink drink and a cheese Danish. She ordered a mangofruit tall drink. I included a picture of them to brighten your day. You've seen me before. After using points before a few times, I am back up over 300 again.

Went there this afternoon and ordered 2 ice cold brews..she gave them to me shut the window and walked away. I beeped my horn a few times (she was in another world) I asked her for straws she replied back to that she's not a mind reader in a real nasty tone threw the straws and shut the window..I beeped the horn a few times only to get yelled at telling me not to beeped my horn in their parking lot..I am calling corporate and I will get her name..how rude..I had no idea we are suppose to ask for straws...they are very disrespectful and I will not tolerate this

I use to love this store intill the new manager. I get a caramel frap and now the new manager does not let them put the caramel in the way I ask. Starbucks has a policy customize your own drink this manager says no. I used to go everyday but due to the new manager I dont even want to go into store

I have been going to centereach location for more than 5 yrs they were great there till recently they got a new manager. This new manager does not know costumer politeness I never had any issues getting the extra caramel added to the cup till he decided that we can not customize drinks. He was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I have never had any issues with anyone till he arrived. I was comfortable going into this store cause of how friendly everyone was and fast and knew my drink. Now that there is a new manager the employees aren't friendly like they use to be it has gone down many ppl have complained I do not recommend going there.

He has a personal issue he told the workers they are not allowed to add the caramel I pay for to the cup. He is very unprofessional very impolite. I do not recommend them anymore. He makes the atmosphere very uncomfortable
