I work across the parking lot so I go here all the time, usually we all order our own food & send a coworker to pick all the orders up. The past few weeks every order has problems every order. Refusing to give orders. Forgetting sandwiches and refusing to refund. They even went as far as to block my coworkers phone. Awful

The owner got nasty towards me when I asked if I can get a #1 with the coupon. Her nasty response was, " You are a regular customer, you should know by now you can only order from the white board " I haven't been to that subway in centereach in 11months, so how am I a regular? She in the past when i did go, gave other customers nasty attitudes. Seems like a common thing with her. Last time I step foot in the centereach subway

Terrible service. Ordered a foot long sub online and used my 50% off code from my rewards and there was absolutely nothing on the sandwich . Its like they took 50% of the materials out because i used my rewards . Will not be returning to this location so they just lost a customer for trying to save a few dollars.

The food is good when ordered in person, however every time I order for delivery they NEVER EVER pick up their phone calls. What is the purpose of having a phone if you aren’t going to use it? I always call other subways when I place a delivery order so that way they can get my sandwich correct, but this is the only location that never answers the phone and my sandwiches end up being made incorrect.

Worst subway in the area. I accidentally said artisan flatbread instead of artisan Italian and when I told them that I meant to say artisan Italian they started to put meat on the flatbread, which I didn’t want, so I told them again that I made a mistake and that I wanted artisan Italian and the girl behind the counter started being rude to me saying “you said artisan flatbread” in a very snippy and nasty tone. Then when I ordered a second sandwich it already had steak and provolone cheese on it, and then I also asked for some parmesan cheese he straight up told me no. But when the sandwich was almost ready he asked if I wanted parmesan and he put it on after he told me no. Overall, this was a bad experience and I was charged $34 for two sandwiches & two drinks. I will never be coming back here again.
