I love tex chickens it's Soo crispy and juicy and affordable and Bushra is an excellent server She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Her warm personality and professional service truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommend her service.

I placed an order online on June 28th 2025 for a beyond burger. When I arrived they stated they do not have beyond burgers and asked if I would like something else. I don’t eat meat there fire I asked for a refund they stated there was nothing they can do about it and that I would get a refund automatically. I still have no received my refund after contacting the merchant several times it is now August 16th 2025.

Absolutely terrible experience.

I tried to place my order using the self-order kiosk inside because it clearly showed a combo of 6-piece Fiery Wings, fries, and a drink for $5.99. However, this combo didn’t appear at the regular register. I told the cashier about the discrepancy, and she said I could go ahead and order from the kiosk.

After placing my order, I realized the fries and drink were not included, even though they were clearly shown as part of the combo. The staff checked the kiosk screen themselves, yet still insisted that fries and the drink weren’t included.

The worst part was the rude attitude of an employee named Faisal. His tone and behavior—especially when we asked for a refund—were completely unacceptable.

There are countless places in the U.S. that sell wings and fries. By trying to squeeze a couple extra dollars out of one misleading combo, you’ve lost not only my business, but the entire group I was with.

Never again.

Found a chicken eye in my chicken at this location absolutely disgusting should be ashamed of themselves

Ordered from the App expected one price it was totally 100% the opposite. I called up and spoke very nicely and he said I don’t know I don’t know I guess order from the app he said I said that’s what I did and App said buy one get one buy one get one and I paid double on what I thought I was supposed to pay. I’m not gonna lose sleep over it, but you don’t get the deals on the app obviously

Picked up 2 orders for family after doing an Uber Eats delivery. The food stayed hot and the fried chicken is moist and the family bucket is $17.99. KFC offered that price 4yrs ago..and this place has great tasty chicken, biscuits & sides.

How can you beat $5 fried chicken meals?

Today I order 10 piece chicken deal, half regular and half spicy they mixed my order and put everything in the same box. There is a reason why we asked half and half! Now we can’t tell which is for kids and which one for adults. Lack of sincerity towards customers. Not visiting this store anymore.
