This quesadilla is paper thin, you should be sued lol. Don’t tell me to tell you more about your visit and how to fix it. Send me a refund or a gift card or something.

I came 20 mins early for my order. I stated my experience last time and having to wait 30 mins past the time it was ordered for. I just asked nicely for it to be on time and the staff got nasty saying if I want it done quicker to do it myself and talking trash where the entire establishment can hear. Do better… I will not be coming back to any tropical smoothie going forward. I am a rep and won’t take the verbal abuse.

this place is so disgusting i can’t imagine that they pass the FDA inspection. There was mold and dust everywhere. Me and my son who is severely autistic had to wait an upwards of 20 minutes for a jetty jr and a bahama mama. This is unacceptable and i hope this place gets shut down.

horrible management, treats employees so bad. i witnessed an employee get berated as she was clocking out and the big tall white man was telling her how she’s annoying and such and she was nothing but nice to me. Shout out to Alexis, she was amazing to me and always remembered my order!! Anyways, the management is awful and I would rather visit the Tropical Smoothie in Selden 😊😊

First time I ordered the açai bowl was so good but than go another time açai was so frozen very disappointed go third time instead order Bahama Maui bowl same frozen. When specifically asked if it would be frozen said it wouldn’t be. My husband and I decided not to go ever again.

This is the worst Trop out of all of them. I came in at night and I was the only guest. From the dining room I can see my order as the only one on the screen. It took 20 minutes, and when I finally got my order it was wrong. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, and they didn’t put ANY BUFFALO on it….Totally ruined my night after working all day. I definitely will not be going there again. The one in Smithtown is still the best in my opinion. Food is always huge, and always comes out right no matter how busy.

this is soooo garbage. everyone is so inattentive , the smoothie I first received was frothy and an inch from the top. then they remade with no spinach . Chris stays slacking ….

Every time I come here I have a horrible experience, and it’s the only one around so it’s pretty sad . food takes so long to come out all the female employees are rude and either standing on there phone or eating , my food is never correct have to go back in to get re made , and gave me a bag of opened chips and all I got was a sorry .

i went in with two of my friends. they placed their order and i waited behind them and once they were done i stepped up to the register. the girl behind the counter immediately went into the kitchen and stood on her phone, as if i wasn’t standing there. we waited for my friends food, people came out and brought them their order and no one took mine. it was completely dead, no one else in the store, no to-go orders. i wasn’t being rude i had no intention of being rude but i was made to feel like an inconvenience. i left without ordering anything and now i am sad and hungry. i have never experienced customer service like this.

Workers are extremely rude. Was waiting for my order and girl behind the counter had bought out an order and had mumbled the order so i didn’t hear her and asked what she had said and she rolled her eyes and said the order again with an attitude like i was asking her to solve world hunger. Get better staff.
