I ordered 2 chicken deluxe sandwiches, a 4 cheese burger, no onion, meal with unsweetened iced tea. And a large onion ring. Did not get my onion rings.

Was so disappointed...not like what we had growing up on the island. In my area we can only get the frozen ones...they are better than what we bought at the actual retail store. Flavor, smells..all was disappointing.

Can’t handle the most basic orders. Wish there was a better White Castle near by, because I’m never going back here
The customer service at this location is terrible. I called to ask a question about the establishment and was met with a very rude attitude from one of the employees and then immediately hung up on without even being able to address what I wanted to address. If you wanna go to a White Castle, don’t go to this one. And to the employees, if you’re not able to treat your customers with respect and kindness, then don’t work in customer service. Thank you!

Although the service was great, the food was not. The buns felt like they were reheated and the meat was dry. Must Have been a bad night for them.Maybe in the future I'll try something small first instead of spending $100 to feed my whole family the first time I Try a new place.
