Recently discovered this hidden gem and we've been coming twice a month since. Such a great neighborhood staple - everything we've had has always been delicious and well prepared. Service is always quick and friendly. Standouts so far are the burger (has a nice char taste to it and cooked to perfection, generously sized patty), clam chowder, and the chicken francese was so tender and flavorful. We look forward to eating our way through the menu!

Had the stuffed filet of sole with lobster and it was great. Nice side of fried onion rings with a side salad with blue cheese dressing. Will definitely get that again.

Great little spot with great tasting food and a good price, which is usual for Long Island. We also had a couple of drinks and surprise surprise they were actually made well meaning they didn't over pour the alcohol so that all you taste is booze and not the drink.

Salad tasted dirty, fish was undercooked, and the dish was really sub par, but the crowd looked like loyal regulars, and we probably should have just come to Nicky's for a drink and it seems, some wings. Needs a little freshening up....

Was in town to visit my brother. I don't know what happened to Nicky's but the food was not good, overly salted. Ordered the strip and Gorgonzola special, had to be sent back the steak was of poor quantity. Chicken dish was tough and over salted with no flavor. Sides of mashed potatoes were just ok. Fries were not cooked all the way. I would skip Nicky's

Two weekends in a row I called to place a take out order…asked me to wait one minute. Listened to the hostess conversations with patrons for over 5 mins each time hung up…tried to call back and it was busy for almost an hour probably because whoever answered never put the phone back and left it sitting causing a busy signal…decided to order elsewhere obviously. Tried calling again for the hell of it two hours later…still a busy signal. Same situation two weekends in a row.Wish they had an online ordering!
