Huge sign out front still says Halal food when food is not served at this establishment. This should be replaced on such a busy road

I stopped here to grab halal after a doctor's appointment around 530pm. I asked the clerk behind the counter if there was a menu for the halal. He handed me a menu, and when I read off what I would like, he said, "we don't serve that here right now." I said to him, "You know it's dinner time," and he just looked at me like he just didn't care. So if you are ever looking for a halal spot, I would never recommend you to come here.

Earls court branch. Used to go there frequently and it was always good. Went there last night to left over chopped tomatoes, no white sauce and no halomi sauce. Staff very indifferent.

Got falafel and chicken gyro, Earl's Court London. The falafel was dry, the rice tasteless, no hummus included. Chicken was bland. Pita not fresh. Service surly. Just no.

Went to the place at Earls Court. Queued up got the food & seating. It was nice, would go again. Served on a disposable plate. Had a falafel wrap & chicken platter.

This place serves good fast food at very reasonable prices. We had the chicken combo and the portions were generous. It was so good we went back a second time!

Salah’s is amazing! I’m a big fan of the combo over rice-chicken and lamb over rice with salad and their special secret sauce. The portions are huge and the food is so fresh. The flavor is beyond amazing. No lack of flavor or spice here! Love the cardamom. It’s the kind of food that warms your soul.

We have been looking forward to eating at Halal Guys since we realised that they have opened in London. On Saturday 21 August as I planned a day with the family (5xAdults & 5x children, ages 3-12) in London, we planned to have lunch in Halal guys in Earl’s Court as we were visiting the museums in South Kensington. We waited outside in the queue, there were only 2 other families ahead of us. Whilst we were waiting we looked through the menu on our phones. When we entered I was shocked to see how small the place was, not enough sitting area also they had closed downstairs. I couldn’t understand why they would close the downstairs sitting on a busy Saturday!! We waited around for seating for 10 of us, while I ordered 3x platters, 2x wrap sandwiches and 3x chips. Once we found some seating, I realised other customers were ordering the lunch time deal. I went up to the cashier (young Asian girl with red fleece on) and asked why she never offered me the meal deal, and her reply was that I should have asked her if I wanted the deal. My response was, she should have offered the meal deal or made me aware of it before completing my transaction, she disagreed again and told me that I should have told her that I wanted the offer. I didn’t want to argue with her so I bought the additional drinks. I didn’t even see the offer as the offer was not on the digital menu boards, there was a A3 poster on one of the windows. Overall the experience was very poor considering the hype Halal guys have had. Location: Good Store layout: small not enough seating, I was told by one staff that the reason downstairs was closed was due to not having enough staff!! Store cleanliness: Very dirty. Seating were dirty, my wife cleaned our tables with the kids wipes. Drink area dirty and wet all day. Toilets, were dirty, from toilet to sink and floor. I wouldn’t have used them but the kids had to go.. Food quality: Didn’t know what to expect but it was ok..can’t understand the hype to be honest. There are better Arabic food in London!! Portion sizes were small compared to the price. Customer service: really really poor- no explanation of the brand when we were served, cashier at the till had attitude. No one looking after the dining area. Seemed they were short staff. Overall experience: very poor, left feeling disappointed considering the hype.
