Hazell a sweet person and great customer service helped me today with delivery to bring my nephew's a "back to school" treat of sundaes, buy 1 get one free. I bought 2 to get the 2 free sundaes for the parents, who are both teachers! She even put the boys names on the cups and grade! Thanks again??♀️?️?????????????

The worst experience in customer service I have ever had, I definitely do not recommend it, I don't know how my cake will turn out but there are 2 guys in the branch whose only purpose is another charge... I asked them for help and they didn't give it to me !!!

This place is absolutely GHETTO. I came in for some ice cream 9/11/2023 @ 640 pm, there was a bunch of little kids running the shop behind the counter playing around with some of there friends that came to the shop. I asked for my ice cream, I paid and was given my ice cream. I asked for a bag I was told that they don’t usually give bags in the store. I asked for a spoon and was told they don’t normally give that stuff in the store as I was being laughed at. I took my ice cream and left with no napkin ( I guess they don’t give that either) They are extremely unprofessional, rude and racist (1 employee with the bonnet on) I called an hour later and asked to speak to a manager and was told they don’t have that either. I will be calling caravel corporate to make a complaint. This place needs to be shut down !

Went in at 9:40 for a pacifier flying saucer, all they had to do is ring me up told me they are closed because they are cleaning. Will never go there again.

Ordered a cake mix carvelanche and didn't have cake mix and had no idea what I was talking about. So I got sprinkles mixed into ice cream instead and paid same price....
Very nice place, very nice staff. Some people just don’t pay attention to prices and they just complain about every little thing. If you come when it’s closing, don’t expect soft ice cream because they have to clean and shut off the machines.

Horrible paid for extra hot fudge on bottom and top of ice cream and received barely any fudge. This happens every time we go there. Get responsible adults to work there who take pride in their work. Teenagers don't care.

They seem to be unable to read English and make the sundae the way they feel like, but with none of the ingredients you actually ordered. And they never answer their phone! Pretty sure they’re high. Complete ineptitude!!!!! NEVER again!

This is the worst service I've ever received in my entire life. They stared at me as I walked in watch me. Walk right up to the counter and just ignored me. One person mopped and one person took boxes outside and I just stood there. What I finally decided to leave
