I know probably not all their workers are like that young guy cashier. I gave him a $20.00 l got 2 vanilla shakes and he just gave me $2 dollars of change!! I didn't said nothing to him at that moment because I'm a respectful person but I saw him taking money from my change, I was so disappointed with that, that's so disrespectful he should ask for a tip, no taking money without my permission. Managers should be checking cameras... And I want to let you guys know so you know how that service is...

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Worst Carvel I’ve ever been to. Rude staff and very unprofessional. Questioned about an extra charge we had for toppings we didn’t get and the lady didn’t even know how to explain it properly.

I ordered an ice cream cake and asked for a simple message to be written on it. Not only did they write it messy and sloppy, but it looked nothing like what I asked for — I even showed them exactly what I wanted.
When I politely asked if they could fix or rewrite it, they completely refused. No apology, no offer to help, not even a refund. I asked to speak to the manager, and instead of assisting me, she literally just walked away and ignored me.
I’ve never had such unprofessional and disrespectful service. Definitely won’t be coming back. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else that actually cares about their customers.

Google says they close at 11 on Saturday. Raced over there and arrived shortly after 10:50 only to find the door already locked, and the woman in the lobby just standing there and walked away. Waste of my time and gas.

Hazell a sweet person and great customer service helped me today with delivery to bring my nephew's a "back to school" treat of sundaes, buy 1 get one free. I bought 2 to get the 2 free sundaes for the parents, who are both teachers! She even put the boys names on the cups and grade! Thanks again??♀️?️?????????????

The worst experience in customer service I have ever had, I definitely do not recommend it, I don't know how my cake will turn out but there are 2 guys in the branch whose only purpose is another charge... I asked them for help and they didn't give it to me !!!

This place is absolutely GHETTO. I came in for some ice cream 9/11/2023 @ 640 pm, there was a bunch of little kids running the shop behind the counter playing around with some of there friends that came to the shop. I asked for my ice cream, I paid and was given my ice cream. I asked for a bag I was told that they don’t usually give bags in the store. I asked for a spoon and was told they don’t normally give that stuff in the store as I was being laughed at. I took my ice cream and left with no napkin ( I guess they don’t give that either) They are extremely unprofessional, rude and racist (1 employee with the bonnet on) I called an hour later and asked to speak to a manager and was told they don’t have that either. I will be calling caravel corporate to make a complaint. This place needs to be shut down !
