This locations pizza is disgusting extremely dry and overcooked. Called to speak to manager and she was extra rude spoke over me and refused a refund. Cant even cut symmetrical slices. She needs to be re trained 8:00 1/31 call was recorded will be calling cooperate. And speak to general manager tomorrow should of read the rest of the reviews saying how off and dry this locations food is. 0 stars. Fire this staff and hire normal people .

Very annoyed that they don't use gloves while preparing food. To me that is a health violation and should be reported. I told the lady I ho took my order They should wear gloves I was told they don't have to. Needless to say I walked out and went someplace else. Not once did I see anyone wash their hands while watching them prepare someone else's food. Who knows what the touched or wiped on / off their hands before touching the food you and or your family will be consuming. Very disappointing

Had a visitor come to town late and this was one of the only places open late. While we waited on our pizza, an unruly customer came in and the manager handled it perfectly with professionalism and grace. Shout out Yeunis (hope i spelled her name right). She behaved by the book how someone should act in those situations. Hope Domino's corporate sees this and shows her some love ❤️

Dominos pizza is very good specially central islip and staff is very nice & respectfull. Sherry guy is too good. And you guys always cook very well. Store is net and clean.
Service too slow.. took over an hour 20 min for delivery even tho I’m 8 min away. Calls and pretend can’t find address. This isn’t the first time, this is the 2nd time. Food is all cold.

my pizza was very very, very dry. The wings were not fully cooked. I specifically called the store and asked for the wings and the pizza to be well done and the lady said yes and when I got there, the man was so rude to me. He was yelling saying that the pizza isn’t dry when I asked him to put garlic sauce on the crust, and then my wings are raw. They are not fully cooked at all and this is the same problem that I had before my wings weren’t fully cooked and I got sick. I called the next day and I had to make a complaint with this. it’s just always something with the store and this manager because they either never follow directions or their food is always uncooked and this is terrible because today when I went up there, the man was so rude to me for no reason saying that he doesn’t care if I make a complaint and go ahead, he gave me his name, but I forgot i was just really unhappy. I paid for this and my pizza is really really dry. There’s no sausage on it. I took pictures. There’s barely sausage on it. There’s no extra cheese like I paid for. I took pictures. This is unacceptable. My wings are uncooked.
