Service too slow.. took over an hour 20 min for delivery even tho I’m 8 min away. Calls and pretend can’t find address. This isn’t the first time, this is the 2nd time. Food is all cold.

Ordered pizza to hotel. Never came. Business blamed us and said the driver called 3 times. When I told them ones no missed calls they said maybe I didn’t have service…in the phone I was calling them from.

my pizza was very very, very dry. The wings were not fully cooked. I specifically called the store and asked for the wings and the pizza to be well done and the lady said yes and when I got there, the man was so rude to me. He was yelling saying that the pizza isn’t dry when I asked him to put garlic sauce on the crust, and then my wings are raw. They are not fully cooked at all and this is the same problem that I had before my wings weren’t fully cooked and I got sick. I called the next day and I had to make a complaint with this. it’s just always something with the store and this manager because they either never follow directions or their food is always uncooked and this is terrible because today when I went up there, the man was so rude to me for no reason saying that he doesn’t care if I make a complaint and go ahead, he gave me his name, but I forgot i was just really unhappy. I paid for this and my pizza is really really dry. There’s no sausage on it. I took pictures. There’s barely sausage on it. There’s no extra cheese like I paid for. I took pictures. This is unacceptable. My wings are uncooked.

The quality of food is below average not good at all, and arrived cold. I order a philly cheesesteak pizza and they sent me mushrooms green peppers and onions and provolone. They told me too bad and didn't do anything to fix the issue . I will not be ordering from this location again.

The in app timer started for the 2 minute time to bring to car. Still no order until 10 minutes after that. Someone who appeared to be the manager brought the order out and aggressively handed to me with no thank you or sorry. Everything was loose on top of pizza box so ranch dressings fell under a seat. Utensils went everywhere. Soda fell off the box into parking lot. I contacted customer service and they said location would reach out. Still no response a week later. In addition the pissa was not cut either. I will never use this location again and just go to the local pizzeria down the road in Islip terrace.

Great thin crust pizza! Dominos POS system and app is trash though. It wouldn’t take the coupon on the app and then their customer service office called me to complete the order and they still had an issue with my Apple Pay. So that’s the -1 ⭐️for the trash programming.
Parking: Parking is a pain. It’s a sardine can and people don’t look behind themselves and just walk right in front of your car like damn fools praying to get hit and get money.
