Mujer por telefono salio con una actitude repeguntante y de mala gana de hablar. Antes me gusta pero por el servicio de basura ya no vuelvo mandar mi jente y no regresaria de nuevo.
this is probably the best Chicharon I have ever had! AMAZING!
We went for a Fall Foliage ride to Long Island with this as a stop along the way. The place was PACKED on a Sunday. We decided to stay to see what all the hype has been about here on our FB pages. ! It was a 3hr. wait in a line that circled around the parking lot and picnic area. So, bring a coat, because it might be dark by the time you get your food. The experience of standing in line and making friends was nice. But if you are in a rush call ahead the woman at the counter said. You don't want to miss out on this food. Most of their food is made up from fresh vegetables, pupusas, tortillas and meats are all prepared on site. It is quite an operation with BBQ and food prep tents making up the orders and bringing orders to the bus to package up for you to take. Don't forget the Chicharron! Will be coming back. A true feeling of an open air market restaurant. You can get by nicely on $10- 20, but our eyes got bigger than our stomachs. So we fell in the $20-30 range and a hefty order of chicharron. So we took alot home.

Terrible service, and the person who served us overcharged us and we told her and she insisted that she was fine

I don't give it even one star
Don't waste your time, bad service, the owner is very arrogant, she leaves nothing to be desired, it's terrible, I won't return for anything and I don't recommend it.
Tried Guatemalan food for the first time after seeing them on IG… long line but worth the wait! I loved the enchilada, pupusa, chicharron and rice pudding. The guacamole they give with the chicharron was so tasty! Please consider having real picnic tables outside for people to eat. It’s right in front of a truck car wash so it’s a bit industrial, but people can park there and across the street. I will definitely go again when I’m passing through on the LIE!

Food is great, but it gets extremely busy very fast. Waited in line for 2 hours just to order and then waited another 30 minutes for the food.

When I saw on the menu that the steak came with ribeye, I imagined something delicious, but after almost two hours of waiting, I got an unpleasant surprise, there was nothing of ribeye, they were two pieces of dry and overcooked meat, it had no flavor to nothing. When my wife saw the advertisement they made for the rice pudding, it looked delicious, but another unpleasant surprise when they were served, it was a single dough, it looked super unpleasant, nothing like what they promote on social networks. Please do things right, don't spite the people who are excited to try something delicious. I hope and
improve.
Definitely do not waste your time waiting. Takes over an hour to get anything and the food is so bland and generic. Not worth the price or the wait. You can drive all the way to the city and go to los tacos #1 (love that place) and get way better tacos and still be back before you get the food that this truck offers. I was hoping it would be good but we definitely will not be coming back again.

Very dissapoint!
We waited more than two hours for the food and it was not as we expected.
And customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

4.5 hours of waiting (I know, who sent us?) to receive dry and really bad pork rinds. We didn't order food from the menu, because we didn't leave there.

Very bad experience. We bought chicharrones that we couldn't eat, they were very hard, they looked like stones and burned. very bad
So this place, brought to me by my wife..
Arrived just after dusk, so the lighted atmosphere was very attractive. Flashing lights, music and a crowd. Parked on shoulder of Crooked Hill Rd. and stood in line, and stood in line, and stood in line.. probably about 4 orders deep before we could order. Probably about 15-20 minutes..
well 90 minutes total, we got our food. COLD.
Its Tacos, Cuban Sandwich and Chicharron.. It was apparent that 90% of the “Crowd” was waiting as well before we arrived. I wish I had a super thing to say, like the food is worth the wait, but no. Food is low for food truck status, thats the point of food trucks, real good food quickly. Honestly, I think they have too much on the menu for a food truck cook line. Make a few things really good quickly and prepped sides and you’re a hit.. We will not be going back, it’s NOT worth the wait, I feel deflated a little bit as I was super excited.
