Totally overpriced and overrated, not to mention rude staff!! The Saucy Nuggets are ridiculously overpriced, $5.99 for 5 in NY and they're not even BIG!! Wendy's Saucy Nuggz are WAY BETTER and you can get a 10 piece for less than KFC's 5 piece. Also, they don't have regular buffalo flavour. The option that mentions Buffalo has a sweetness to it. Wendy's has better portions, prices and flavour options. Also the staff was very rude and wasn't helpful at all when I was inquiring about certain flavours and items. They seemed annoyed that I had the audacity to have a question. Will not be returning unless there's a really good (yet scarce) coupon or something like that.. I mean they don't even have CHEESE anymore to add to the chicken sandwiches!!

Only 2 people working and the short Spanish guy made me feel like I was stealing my own order! I had to order online because no one was at the register for 10 minutes when it was time for me to pick up my order took me an extra five minutes to paint it because I had to show fingerprints and proof of purchase even though I described everything that was in the order Please hire more people here so that this guy doesn’t feel overwhelmed with his job!

I ordered a #15, which is the mac and cheese bowl combo. It used to get filled and cost less in the past. Now you're getting 4 small pieces of chicken if you're LUCKY! I will not be getting much KFC going forward. 9$ for small pieces of chicken and some Mac and Cheese. I feel like I'm getting nothing out of it.

Asked for a mountain dew was handed a coke twice even after asking for the right drink. Tenders were the size of my pointer finger. Chicken little was slathered in so much sauce the bread was drowning. And my famous bowl was 90% gravy and 5 pieces of chicken. Never coming back.

3/17/2024. Made an online order for pickup. 8 pc meal with two sides, sandwich and a wrap. Order was expected 8:45. Got there 5 minutes late and it took someone 20 minutes to talk to me. They walked away and everyone was "busy", not even taking new orders. By the time someone actually talks to me my older was ready a while before, but no customer service! Get home....no gravy for the mashed potatoes, which is clearly on the receipt...hate this place. Don't go here if you don't like to waste time and expect customer service.

Speaker was not working pulled up to window and rude woman refused to take my order and then it took pictures of me in my truck and said she was going to call the police on me went to Popeyes instead....will never go back
