In the mornings, I find myself standing shoulder to shoulder with first responder, local entrepreneurs, grade school students and staff to families such as yours and mine. I encourage each Long Islander to visit and support this fine establishment. The only mass produced item at La Excelencia are the napkins and bags. 5 cents to safe guard my goods is well worth the mandate that Suffolk county enforces. No need to use napkins either.
