Little Caesars Pizza

I’ve been a regular customer at this Little Caesars location and have generally relied on it as a convenient go-to, which made this experience particularly disappointing.

From the moment I entered, the interaction at the counter felt unwelcoming. The cashier was noticeably disengaged, spoke so quietly that communication was difficult, and showed no effort to guide or assist when the customer I was with was clearly undecided. A simple offer of help or basic enthusiasm would have made a significant difference, especially for a brand built on quick and accessible service.

Unfortunately, the experience did not improve once we got home. The pizza itself lacked flavor and balance; notably, the green peppers tasted overly fresh and sharp, overpowering the rest of the ingredients rather than complementing them.

As someone who has worked in customer service for several years, I understand the demands of the role and do not make criticisms lightly. This visit stood out for the absence of attentiveness, warmth, and quality. I hope management views this feedback as an opportunity to reinforce service standards and consistency, as I would like to continue supporting this location in the future.

Once in a while to change up taste I'll get the Chicago style deep dish. Just for the crunch . so get yourselves some food pizza down the road unless your looking for the Crunch.

I placed an order for a personalized pizza through Uber Eats. They sent me a pizza with ham and I can't eat pork. I paid for a delivery. Now I'm the one who has to go pick it up. It doesn't seem fair to me when it's not my fault. DO NOT ORDER HERE. THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE.

I placed an order at this location in Central Islip Ny. I called to let the store know that when I received my order after the stated timeframe……that my food was cold. The owner Sabrina was not kind nor considerate of my experience with the service and food at her location, nor did she apologize or try to offer a solution to the situation. To me this is bad business. If I could give this place a negative one star I would.

Came at 9:40… place is supposed to close at 10. I was turned away and told that they are closed… super disappointed a pizza takes 10 min to make, they really could have been better

Such a great time today going to little Caesars pizza… I’ve missed the pizza so much I had to sit in the parking lot at chow the whole pizza down by myself lol so happy!
