I made an order of 90pcs of chicken over the phone a day before and today I went to pick it up asked 3X if my order was complete and they said yes all the 3X. After 30 minutes when I was getting home I received a phone call from them saying that they forgot to give me a bag with 30 pcs. I had to go back and drive 30 minutes to get the rest of the chicken seen it’s for an event anyways I arrived there to pick it up they just leave the bag in counter with out receiving an apology or even extra pieces for a mistake that they made. It’s really frustrated I had to go back and forth for a mistake that wasn’t mine.

$18 for a 4 piece combo and this is what I get? Check your food before you leave I’ve gone to the Bayshore location many times and never received food like this! I got there 2 minutes before they closed but I order the food online ahead of time around 9:15 so there’s no excuse for giving a customer food like this! I get there and ask if the kitchen is still open and the lady gives me ketchup ?

The fried chicken had a thin seasoned crust that was crispy but the meat was moist and tender. The yucca fries were amazing, the plantains so sweet and the red beans complimented the chicken. I had the mango drink to wash it all down. l...cannot wait to try their grilled chicken. They should add zero drinks to beverage dispenser.

I just went to buy a combo, when I got home I was missing three pieces of chicken, they should be more careful, and the lady who was working as a cashier had a bad face. The other girls were very calm but in the end they were the ones who made the mistake.

I enjoyed the salad options but would have liked the chicken to be available in grilled too. The entire family tried the chicken salads and they were delicious. We would buy those again.
