Got ubereats, chicken tenders were inedible and like rubber. Breading looked white and really odd, couldn’t even chew it.
Chicken sandwiches were old and mushy.
Waste of money.

I’ve always considered Popeyes my top choice, better than any competitor, so it’s disappointing to write this review. I grew up on Popeyes and genuinely love the food, especially the mashed potatoes and gravy. Today, I spent about $40 on an order and expected the usual quality and consistency.
Instead, this location completely missed the mark:
• My small mashed potatoes were half-filled.
• There was barely any gravy, which is a major part of the dish.
• For an order that included eight pieces of chicken, a large mash, and a small mash, only one fork was placed in the bag.
What frustrates me even more is learning that many other customers on Google reviews have experienced the exact same issues. This isn’t a one-time mistake, it appears to be a pattern of cutting portions and lacking attention to detail.
Because of this consistent problem, I will not be returning to this location. I’m also sharing this to warn other customers not to waste their time or money here. For the price we’re paying, this level of service is unacceptable.
I hope management takes these concerns seriously, but until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location.

My wife went in earlier in the evening and ordered some meals. When she went home, she noticed some of the food that she paid for was not her bags. I went to the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Bridget, and told her what had happened. She quickly apologized and rectified the issue. She then proceeded to compensate me for my trouble by giving me extra chicken with fast and friendly service. People nowadays are so quick to complain about poor service, but hardly ever complement great service. Well... That is what I am doing now! Thank you Bridget for your help!

Decent enough food. Some good bundle deals. I find the sides are consistently under filled-see picture. Would it out them out of business if they actually filled the container?

Came to pick up an online order at this location, on top of all employees not wearing any gloves or hair nets I proceeded to wait for 20 mins with only 1 person ahead. Kitchen floor was shockingly dirty, with food and garbage literally everywhere.

Last night I worked late sent my husband to get dinner from this location. I had no problem with the staff or wait time it was a busy Saturday night. However I was not pleased with the over cooked chicken and under cooked sides. The chicken was too hard to chew and the rice with red beans was not cooked at all. Do you have any idea what it’s like to bite an uncooked grain of rice? So imagine a fork full. The biscuits were cold. It was truly a waste of my $33.66. The only thing that was edible was the fries so I paid $33.66 for French Fries.

It doesn't deserve the one star. On June 16th, 2025, in the afternoon, only 2 ppl were waiting for their food. I stood at the counter for 2 minutes during that entire time the manager & worker were looking at me. By then, 3 other ppl were waiting to pick up or place an order. Finally, the same worker came to take my order. I ordered my food. The cashier short my change by 10cent. I brought it to her attention, and then she gave me a nickel. I explained to her she had to give me a dime. Then she gave me a quarter. I asked if she understood English or knew what a dime was. She got an attitude and then finally gave me the dime. I got the food, which was a small wrap. It was cold, and the chicken was undercooked. It was slightly hard and had a hard chew. I will not ever return to that location. It gives a bad name to the other locations that have good chicken and sevice.
