The manager refused to take a coupon code from the Popeyes’s online survey. She said I had to return to the store I originally brought the food from. She refused to accept it because she said her store would “not get any money”. I am not sure what she was talking about, but the experience was bad.

Good place but we did not receive help because the people who serve us had to ask for napkins, plates, dressings, I think that when you place an order they have to put the things, the truth is I do not think I will come again for this establishment

Giselle was very helpful when I was wrong and she was very helpful and she fixed the order so now I will be returning to Popeye's Chicken in Central Islip location due to her fixing the issue and being a great customer service thank you so much I appreciate you all
Staff is so under experienced and need to learn to communicate with customers. Got no mac and cheese but a regular chicken sandwich.

Two wrong online orders, first time they forgot to give me fries, now I get one apple pie instead of the chocolate chip biscuits I ordered with my meal. DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING

Close to $40 for two people: 12 white meat nuggets (pathetically tiny), 12 chicken wings satisfactory, seasoned fries 👎, and 2 large drinks.
