I had dinner last night. At this restaurant Columbia restaurant, the food was excellent, the margaritas were excellent. The Pina coladas were excellent and I am going to go back for New Year's to celebrate New Year's party, they said it's going to be a $175 per person. I'm down, I can't wait 2 new years to have a great time. The music was the killer. All good Spanish music. In the staff I gave excellent service, 10 stars for this restaurant.Love it.I see you in new year's celebration for new year's

My big party of 13 was treated perfectly! They knew just what to do. Food was delicious, came out so fast, and they even cut the cake we brought from home. Had so fun we ended up having a dance party. Yasser is the best server!!!!

I love this place and the guys( Maria paula, Kathy and alejo) are fabulous at serving , you have to try sabor a Colombia central Islip. I love the martinis
We had a great experience at Sabor a Colombia in Central Islip! Chef Anibal came out to serve us and told us to enjoy our food. Our server Alejandro was fantastic! He had a great attitude and suggested the Blackberry Margarita “Mora”. Tajín on the rim yummyyyy! Thank you for a great girls night out <3
