Absolutely unacceptable!! I ordered a pink drink and specifically asked for light ice, but the cup is literally full of ice! They should focus on the product, not just the appearance!!! The employees should be friendly, not rude. I'm giving one star because it's the lowest option, and you don't deserve even that

I just ordered a pink drink from here. Which is dragon, fruit and coconut milk however, the pink drink is tasting like Pepto-Bismol. I’ve never had this experience before I love pink drink, and every Starbucks I’ve ordered it from there. OK with taste and the pink drink was a bit lighter and I ordered a cheese danish within the same order, and they We’re not ready to warm it for me. When I asked, can you warm it please. The representative kind of said to me no, and then never said anything after that. I actually love Starbucks. I never complain about it, but the taste of this was disgusting and I paid nine dollars for it. Plus, the drink did not have any dragon fruit in it.

I usually get vanilla bean fraps when I go to Starbucks. There’s ice in fraps so they tend to get watered down-understandable. Idk who made my drink yesterday but it was amazing from first sip to last. I’ve never had a not-watered-down frap in my entire life. It was the best frap ever. Thank you person wearing doc martens.

Waited in a long line just to find out the oven was broken and they had no warm food.Next time have a sign up so you don’t waste peoples time.
Tastes great but way over priced and the sizes seem way smaller than other coffee shops.

This place closes at 8:00pm. I guess that means “let’s close up shop at 7:00pm and start cleaning so that at 8:00pm I can leave”. Would not even allow me to buy a cup and it was 7:30pm.
