On 1/10/2026 at 9:40 pm, Ten or so high school gen z customers came in ahead of me. They were using foul language, cursing, breaking things in mian diner room, laying in top of tables, using staff access bathrooms, once bathrooms were accessed boys and girls were using same bathroom have sex in. Staff allowed underage sex in the bathroom on top of allowing this behavior to continue. Destroyed both bathrooms as well, and ran out. After this, I may issue a charge back for my order. Absolutely 💯 % ridiculous for staff allowing this behavior to continue.

I really don’t like to complain but I bought a 12 taco pack 3 crunchy 9 soft all supreme tacos. There was only 3 crunchy supreme and the rest was regular. I’m currently pregnant so this was a craving I was having. So I went back to claim my supreme soft tacos we had ate 4 tacos already since I was hungry. The manager or employee just gave me 8 soft tacos supreme because I had already ate 4. I think they should’ve gave a complete box and some type of extra taco, drink or something since it was their fault.. but this is just so you make sure they get your order right before driving back home.

Ordered food on the app at 8pm and didn't get it until 9pm. App said it would be done by 8:21. I got there at 8:24, it wasn't done, and there were 20 people inside waiting for their orders. A friend of a customer went across the street to get McDonalds, brought it back, and finished it before they got their food. One woman seemingly had an issue with her order, waited for about 10 minutes before taking her food and leaving without being addressed by an employee. When I got the bag home I realized they forgot a taco, the last item on the list. The food was light on the meat. Even in the items where the meat was swapped for beans, it was light. All the meat was wet. Like it was soaked with water or a bland sauce. I asked for sauce and they put none in the bag. They put extra cheese on the wrong item. If it weren't for the old sauce packets I had at home, the food would have had no flavor. Last time I went here was over a year ago and I had the exact same experience.

Extremely slow and the blatant disregard for customers when asked a question is disgusting from the manager Marianna. I can understand being busy and overwhelmed and I know it is not easy as I myself have worked in Food Service but where are the customer service skills. Blatantly ignoring multiple customers when asked a question is highly unacceptable.

This is my 3rd time doing a delivery for this restaurant. And each time they have taken an hour or more to prepare the food. One of my customers ordered at 3:30 am. It's 5:29 am now. Where is the food? Im in the lobby right now and multiple delivery drivers left because of the long wait time. WE HAVE WORK TO DO. PUT MORE PEOPLE ON STAFF IF THIS IS A REPEAT ISSUE!
