Not to be rude. Because the food isnt bad. But if I’m going to pay almost $20 for a hero, i don’t think it should be flatter than a diving board. Just a thought 🤷🏼♀️

The first couple times I went the service was fine and the food was fine but I stopped going after twice I ordered ahead and when I arrived the staff didn’t acknowledge me for around 10mins both times. I understand one time they were moderately busy but the second time there were three customers (including myself) in the store one was sitting, one was standing and at the food display and I was at the checkout. I felt like it was deliberate but maybe it wasn’t and it’s just in my head. I think the store overall is under average.

$7.20 for a bagel with cream cheese that looks like a mini bagel and a coffee. They don’t acknowledge the customers that are trying to order, especially when they’re standing underneath the “Order Here” sign. And if they do, they just pick a random person in line. Second time this happened to me, hence the reason for a review. There’s no organization. Four people working behind the counter and you have to wait 10 minutes to order when there’s no line. Terrible customer service.

Delicious!! We were up here on a mini vacation. And anytime we're in New York. Whether it's Manhattan or New York State, I always grab a few bagels to take home and freeze. If you're wondering if you can freeze bread, yes, yes you can. I grabbed a few and so did my friends and we all agree that this was the best bagel we've had in quite some time. Agree that this was the best bagel we've had in quite some time. I am in Philly and they live in South Jersey. If you're in the area, go here, this is a must, grab a bagel or a dozen (I kind of wish I bought more lol). My go-to is always everything bagel however, I saw an onion pumpernickel, wow just wow is all I can say.
