AMAZING SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY!! The bagels are amazing but the customer service was extremely professional and truly kind. I plan on stopping next time we visit New York!!

Hopefully the owner of this bagel world shop will look at this review and take action!!Please buy a commercial bagel toaster instead of having a Walmart bread toaster. The wait time and not toasting our bagels correctly is unacceptable. Invest in your business and keep us loyal customers HAPPY!

Got the whole wheat bagel, it's a bit thin. Had a subtle sweetness that I liked. Plus it's only $1 and you get a free bagel if you buy 6! Super friendly employees too.Wish they had vegan cream cheese but I just order it toasted and put it on when I get home.

There’s Less seasoning on these bagels than Dunkin’ Donuts.I just think if you’re gonna get charged almost $3 for a bagel with cream cheese, it should be covered in the toppings, no? You can barely taste the seasoning. It’s almost like a real everything bagel farted on a plain bagel and sent it on its way for sale. Like the flavor is a distant reminder of what an everything bagel should taste like.And unfortunately the Bagels are dry, and practically stale. They are more bread like than bagel. Not very soft and chewy like the ones you’d find elsewhere.I give the stars to the staff cause they are just doing what they can with what they’ve got.
Bacon egg and cheese and 6 bagels. Got charged 19.00 bucks. Really? 1st and last time there. This is how you destroy your business. So sad

Great experience, staff was friendly and nice. The bagels are very good still nice and soft even after toasting. Prices are average. Wait time was average also. Food option is endless, cozy atmosphere lots of parking.

Updats: my boyfriend and I are both sick and can’t stomach anything. We’ve both got food poisoning..I asked for a lox bagel, they gave me an omelette (it’s not listed as an omelette) and charged me for a bagel I never received. Fine. I asked for a bagel sandwich instead again and to put cream cheese on it. He charged me for 2x with cream cheese, got MAD at me, then didn’t put cream cheese on either and gave himself a tip. Almost $30 down the drain. I won’t waste my time here again. Customer service is bad, and the bagel in the end was dry and not worth even 5$The pastry was also expired and stale.

Best coffee, bagel and cream cheese. Yes prices are high but where prices aren't high businesses need to raise prices in order to maintain the business, employees aren't working anymore for ten dollars an hour so how is a business supposed to keep if there are not employees people complain of poor service but want to pay a dollar for a bagel. In my experience and I go there at least two or three times a week everything is good one time they forgot to put a muffin in my order they charged it but when I got home there was no muffin they called just few minutes after to apologize cause I ordered on the phone we are all humans and no perfect. I love the bagels family and friends who don't live near here and try their bagels and cream cheese always ask where they sell them. One time my husband said he was going to js deli because is cheap well I told him go for it none of kids ate them lol you can't compare definitely you get what you pay for
