I ordered the elk burger and it arrived with bacon inside, even though bacon isn’t listed in the ingredients. When I asked the server about it, I was told it was a “sweet pickle,” which didn’t seem accurate. I went back a second time because something still felt off, but instead of simply checking with the kitchen, I was repeatedly questioned by both the server and the manager as if I was imagining it.
Eventually, they confirmed it was bacon — yet no one apologized or took accountability. There was no attempt to make it right, no reassurance they’d address it with the kitchen, nothing.
On top of that, the food was mediocre at best. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Finally, they reach the conclusion that it’s bacon and don’t even have the decency to say sorry or apologize. No sense of accountability or even mention that they will check with the kitchen or anything. Besides, the food was subpar at best. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Bareburger never disappoints. This is one the few places that serves Keto-friendly food, which is my husband’s diet. I had the brussel sprouts which were cooked really well. My husband had the ultimate smash burger in the flax see keto bun. Bonus points too for the friendly sever.
Food and service were good but the price we were charged was more than the price on the menu. The manager claimed she couldn't do anything because it was corporate policy. Eventually she did agree to refund the difference, but this is a very dishonest business practice.

Everything seemed sloppy and thrown together at this location! It took a while before someone took our order, no one sat us, and the fries came out in a disturbing clump as though you could see them being grabbed by a hand!! We usually love the fresh ingredients too, but the unique tomato-y ketchup was just Heinz and the neon green wrap was really strange (almost alarmingly so).

I waited 30 minutes for a burger that was supposed to be cooked medium, but it came out completely wrong and burnt out (see photo). I threw it away after taking a bite. For an $18 burger, this is unacceptable. On top of that, I was charged $1 for tap water. Customers waiting at the pickup area should not have to stand around more than 5 minutes, yet I stood there much longer. Very disappointing experience.
