The drinks have way to much sugar. Made me sick after driking their milk coffee. Its also really expensive. Wouldn't recommend. Staff was friendly though.

OMG i dont know why they feel the need to add soooo much sugar! I asked for 50% and it tasted soooo sweet that my teeth hurt. More like 200% sugar! Please relax and measure the sugar correctly. Trying to kill your customer for sure! Not the first time their drinks were overloaded with too much sugr! I wasted $7 bucks after 1 gulp.

It was so tasty.You can even customize your tea or drink. How much sugar do you want it? Do you want to add any other pearls and stars? If ONLY I can give NO stars for the awful treatment from the Asian lady serving the drinks. Dont come here. Go someplace else where you will be treated as a customer and not as a burden. This location does not live by Gong Cha's mission to "inspire the human spirit and create happiness with a perfect cup of tea". This place creates dissatisfaction with such awful customer service. My son and I ordered 4 drinks and asked for a plastic container to carry the drinks back. The Gong Cha locations we've been to either have a brown paper bag that can carry all 4, or a long plastic bag that fits 2. THIS location only had a bag that can hold only ONE. This Asian girl gave me 2 bags and when I asked for another one, I was told they can only give 2 bags per person. I pointed out that my son is another person so I politely asked for ONE more plastic bag to help carry the drinks. It is 39° and windy outside and it is easier to hold & transport the drinks in a bag as we tuck our hands in our jacket sleeves. We ordered 4 drinks and should be entitled to 4 bags but I only asked for 3 (and come on, we're not asking for a free drink! just 1 small bag!) The Asian girl eventually gave one but rolled her eyes at me and gave an attitude. My 10 year old son even noticed it! Perfect teaching example of what NOT to do with anyone Seriously. Why skimp on ONE SMALL PLASTIC BAG when it is for a paid drink?!

Small place tuck in one of the corners of the commons. There was a line when I went there but it was moving. The hardest part is figuring out what to order since the menu display rotates. But you can scan the QR code to get the entire menu. Service was quick with two people making the drinks.

finally came by here to try, shame it's kind of hidden away in the commons here. Took me a while to decide since yeah, they have a regular menu, but I wanted to try their specialty limited time menu item and the menu that on the wall is a TV that goes fast though them, but I was not rushed. so, after deciding I settled on a chocolate Oreo strawberry milk tea from the strawberry limited series. I unlike the other reviews found the service was alright, I was asked how I wanted the sugar level and how much ice as well, plus if wanted the boba pearls, which I declined. so, no issues and yeah teens working are usually indifferent, but they did their job. The drink was amazing, like a dressed-up chocolate milk with Oreos and strawberry flavors, am personally favor more of juice teas, so this was so good to make me consider trying the milk teas now.

WORST Gong Cha I've ever been to! Horrible service!! Operated by rude teenagers who too busy to talking among themselves instead of helping customers! I asked for light ice. The girl at the counter said "no problem". I've been to so many Gong Cha's to know that that there are different levels of ice. When I received my drink it was made with 80% of ice. I asked if I can get a new one since it was made incorrectly. Instead of making a new drink, one of the employee decided to just fish out the ice. But that's what I get by not reading the other similar reviews on yelp.

Service was trash. Didn't think anything when she didn't say hi as I approached the cash register to order. But asked for light ice ended up full ice no big deal tried to change it. Another girl just tried to fish ice out. Bro it's already watered down.... Made it seem like a big deal when I wanted a new one. Just a bunch of teens behind the counter hanging out. It's my bad I should've known better then to order boba in the boondocks. Next time I'll just wait until I get back to the city. There are other similar reviews from previous dates as well.

I buy a Oreo cookie strawberry milk tea and they give 95% of the all milk tea???
- I didn't get as many pearls as everyone else- I didn't get as much brown sugar as other Gong chas.- It didn't have as many menu items as many other Gong Chas.- I didn't really like the texture of the pearls and many of my friends agreed.But there's one drink that my friend recommended: strawberry yogurt slush.I don't have any photos because by the time I made this post I drank it all.

One of the best bubble tea ever!! I'm always EXCITED for Gong Cha. Glad that they have it at the mall. I enjoyed dirty brown sugar lately. Worth it!!!

I first had looked up this chain company on here, Google maps. After I saw my first Gong Cha shop, I knew I wanted to go there. Today I tried it for the first time. I was surprised they had so many choices for their teas and toppings. The employee was patient as we all stumbled through our orders. They then put together our drinks with quick efficiency. It altogether took about 5 minutes. I had the caramel milk tea with coconut jelly and it was SO GOOD. They didn't mess up anything and I've had places do that. I will definitely be going to any Gong Cha near me, but definitely this one. I had a great experience here!
