We are local and Jorge’s is only a mile or two away, but we would always go to another restaurant nearby for authentic Mexican food. We kept hearing about Jorge’s and seeing photos of their delicious looking food on a local facebook group so my son and I finally tried it. To say we were blown away is an understatement! It's like eating at your Abuela's. The birria is braised for hours, the fish tacos are cooked tender and not tough, and the tortilla chips are made fresh with your order. Even the Cajun fries were great. They accommodate vegetarians, though a few more options would be good.
This place is great and the food is amazing! I haven’t had one thing I didn’t like ! The best thing about this place is My favorite bartender Jen works here!! Everyone Loves her they all followed her from the other place when it closed and she made this place the BEST local bar In Central Valley ! Thank you Jorge’s kitchen
