Had a great experience in this store due to lovely, personal service with Lana! The items in Laudurée are, without question, delightful - and the interior is beautifully done. There as so many yummy and elegant selections, not just the famous delectable macarons. Of note: if customers would be respectful of the signs posted to limit 6 persons in the very small shopping area - this would create less tension for the associates, and the fellow customers. Let’s all be kind and respectful ;-)

Only come here if you want macaroons with a side of attitude. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or unwelcome in a café. The only reason I didn’t walk right back out was because I was desperate for a matcha, which, at $9, was definitely not worth it. There were three employees working, and somehow every single one managed to be rude. Not just to me, but to other customers as well. It genuinely felt like we were inconveniencing them by existing in the shop. For a place that’s known for quality and a pleasant café experience, this location completely misses the mark. Safe to say I won’t be returning. When hiring, maybe make basic friendliness part of the job description :)

I cannot say enough about Lana and Samantha who graciously helped me, so sorry I am so late with this review. The Laduree Macarons were favors for my daughter's wedding in August, 2025. I picked everything up and assembled them because it was a destination wedding and even though the Glenmere Mansion is not too far, I just could not get back to Woodbury Commons. They were a lovely touch to a spectacular wedding, thank you girls, I cannot wait to get back there!!!

I’ve always loved Ladurée, but my experience at the Woodbury, NY location was extremely disappointing. The woman who seemed to be the manager (dressed in all black) was shockingly rude and dismissive. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and made the visit uncomfortable.
Afterward, I checked other reviews and saw many customers reporting similar encounters with the same person. It’s concerning that this issue appears to be ongoing and unaddressed.
I truly hope Ladurée takes steps to improve the service at this location, because the brand deserves better representation.

They added 15% tip without my permission! I called them to sort this out nicely, but they rudely refused. It was $52 for the 12pc macaroons, but they charged me $59.80. They did this by asking my credit card and charged it with their hand held credit card machine. Be careful for this! Make sure you check! Im disputing it through my credit card company now.

Stepping into this shop is the perfect moment of calm during a busy trip to the mall. It genuinely captures the feeling of Paris, offering a lovely retreat where you can relax and recharge between stops. But the real star, of course, is the macaroon selection. They are absolutely delicious and taste so fresh, truly making you feel like you are breathing in the sweet air of France with every bite. If you love a great macaroon, this spot is an absolute must-visit.

Very rude staff.

Terrible customer service. It started raining, and while I was on a phone call, I sat at one of the outside tables before going in to order. The lady (likely the owner or manager) came out and told us we couldn’t sit there. We explained that we intended to come inside and make a purchase as soon as I finished the call. Instead of understanding, she insisted—very aggressively—that we had to leave immediately. Absolutely unacceptable attitude. Needless to say, I will never return to this location.

Absolutely horrible staff ! I walked in and as I went to look at the macron flavors the staff ripped it away from me to show the other lady who wasn’t interested in buying them . Then soon after the other lady who works there was giving me an attitude and telling me how expensive they were like I couldn’t afford them or something not only were they so incredibly rude but we had visited the laduree store in manhattan and the workers were absolutely lovely safe to say we won’t be supporting that store from now on because we just can’t afford them I guess ?

The manager is amazing! Great customer service always and she’s always so informative!

Came by on a warm Saturday and had a fresh matcha with oatmilk and a splash of vanilla and my husband had a pistachio macaroon. I saw ice cream and other cookie options. Great spot with friendly staff.

Excellent customer service and incredible macaroons! Fresh Everytime!

It’s basically a pop-up store so don’t expect comfort but the staff were nice and macarons were great!
