I love to enjoy the lady M cake in the Woodbury shopping mall after all the walking from shopping. Normally you cannot get Lady M unless you go to New York City. It’s such a nice surprise to see it in the Woodbury shopping mall. There are a lot of choices of cakes. I love the original, pistachio, mocha, and Earl Grey Tea favors.

We're trying to get this cake for special occasions and we drove over 2 hours to that location where we were told that basically just about everything we wanted was not in stock and we're talking eight different flavors. When we finally found one not to leave it empty-handed it was already out of the fridge and in the display window and the person would not honor the price of a full cake. Instead wanted to charge us per piece because it was already out. We explained how far we drove from and it wasn't our fault that they were missing just about every flavor that we wanted. He said it was the company's rules. Makes things worse next few days we tried calling the main office never got through to anybody. No one ever called us back so too bad

If you are at Woodbury Commons and looking for a premium dessert stop, Lady M is a strong option: well-executed cakes, good variety, nice service.
However, if your priority is a relaxed sit-down café ambiance or budget-friendly treats, this might feel a little less ideal given location and pricing.

Good cake. Spent 30 bucks on two pieces of cake, asked for an extra empty cup for our baby. Reply: "Sorry, , can't give you that." Enough said.

Located in Food Hall of Woodbury Common, this tiny Lady M store has a huge variety of slices. Many of the types I have seen for the first time like Rose mille, Lavender mille and salted caramel mille. Associates are friendly, let you take the time to decide. We got 3 slices to go. They were packed nicely in a box. Loved the chocolate mille slice that had chocolate truffles on top and layers of famous crepe cake.

Kid-friendliness: Always a pleasure coming to this counter, the staff always very nice and friendly. They were helpful and making sure we got what we needed. We got all the shopping done and my delicious cake. Not to mention the delicious cakes and wonderful packaging, my kids and family absolutely loved all different flavors of the cakes. It is unique. I love to gift their seasonal products as well because their beautiful presentation. Highly recommend lady M cakes.
