Located in Food Hall of Woodbury Common, this tiny Lady M store has a huge variety of slices. Many of the types I have seen for the first time like Rose mille, Lavender mille and salted caramel mille. Associates are friendly, let you take the time to decide. We got 3 slices to go. They were packed nicely in a box. Loved the chocolate mille slice that had chocolate truffles on top and layers of famous crepe cake.

Kid-friendliness: Always a pleasure coming to this counter, the staff always very nice and friendly. They were helpful and making sure we got what we needed. We got all the shopping done and my delicious cake. Not to mention the delicious cakes and wonderful packaging, my kids and family absolutely loved all different flavors of the cakes. It is unique. I love to gift their seasonal products as well because their beautiful presentation. Highly recommend lady M cakes.

This location of Lady M is small and in the middle of the Woodbury commons food court. Easiest access is if you park by the bus entrance and walk right to the food court., They still do have a wide range of cakes for purchase as slices or full cakes. They have attractive bags for the holidays and the cakes themselves are quite impressive. They cut like butter with a fork and the layers are amazing thin. While every cake that I have tried was delicious, the strawberry shortcake and original crepe cake are my favorites. It's a little pricey, but totally worth it! Get a latte while you're there too.

The employees were nice and the food court it is in was clean.The location has a variety of pastries for all to enjoy. The colors are vibrant and the display is kept tight, keeping them fresh.It was a pleasant surprise to find Lady M in the food court of the outlet we were visiting.We had the Tiramisu Mille crêpe. It was wonderful! It tasted fresh, and the texture was perfect.We'll be back try more items.

Never had a crape cake before and the booth did catch my attention. I was glad when people behind answered my questions on the price since it's the commons and flavor and how sweet without issue. Now yeah it's pricey for a slice, but hey might be worth it. So after they boxed my slice and give me there cute personalized napkin and a fancy looking plastic fork I discovered a new joy with the first bite. Despite telling me cake was very sweet, it was mildly sweet, and very refreshing . Each layer of cream was luxurious and melted in your mouth, plus the candied pecans on top was the chef kiss. Wish I had more money to try the other flavors for sure. I can definitely say, anything I had with pecan nuts or flavoring, this crape cake slice is only form I want it in.

Nice new mold flavoured mooncake?!?!? Reached out to customer service 3 TIMES and ghosted…. Overpriced and bad quality…. Obviously with the mold. $88 for a box of 6 and got two moldy mooncakes…. Nice.
If you are visiting oops was about to type in all caps. In the east village there is so much competition, this is a clean, well run place, it can get crowded to grab a table - this is going to sound weird but I loved the coffee. The matcha you guessed it was flavorful, I was in kind of a rush, but I would go back and I haven't looked through the reviews yet but not sure I saw all those goodies when I was there!

Got the Passionfruit and jasmine calamansi crepe cake and it was delicious. Love that the service is quick and they now offer plates. Pricing is obviously not the most affordable but it's Lady M.

Looping NYC on foot to find Lady M, love at first and many sights (or bites) fantastic since I first had it circa 2014 and happy to stumble upon this outlet at Westfield! Have it to-go or in house....still taste mucho amazing. Signature is my go-to, nothing else compares. Heavenly!
