Walked in since it is a product of the PF Changs line of food. Food was terrible, staff looked and acted like they didn’t want to be there and it showed. Atmosphere was ok. Real plain and bland.

Unprofessional and upsetting. I saw a mom calmly point out an overcharge, confirmed by staff, yet the manager refused to help and escalated the situation unnecessarily in front of her children.

I witnessed a very upsetting situation at this PAGODA outlets location. A customer with her children was overcharged by an employee who admitted his mistake, yet the manager refused to fix it, dismissed her receipt, and told the staff not to speak to her. When she tried to return a dish due to her daughter’s allergy, the manager threw it away, refused a refund, and even called the police. It was humiliating and unacceptable to witness.

I witnessed a terrible incident at this location. A mom with her kids was overcharged, and instead of fixing the mistake, the manager refused to help and even called the police. Completely unprofessional.

I ordered a bulgogi beef and the server looked like she didn't want to be there and slapped my bowl together. No friendly customer service attitude at all. Then she proceeds to male a sriracha bowl and i told that sauce os not used for bulgogi and its a bbq but of course that made her upset to redo her mistake. Lack or training and bad customer service. The food once made properly was good but the service and vibe is enough for me to never come back.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but this was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I expected more from a restaurant associated with PF Chang’s. My wife and I ordered the Mongolian beef and it was not edible. It was like chewing on beef jerky and the sauce was nasty. Besides that it was $38 with 2 drinks.

I’ve been a regular at Pagoda for the last few months, but that all might change soon honestly. I’m really disappointed with the new general manager. The last manager always had good vibes, was professional, and made every visit enjoyable. Since the change, the customer service and overall vibe of the store have gone downhill.

And honestly speaking, I feel bad for the employees. As someone who used to work in fast food & i know it can be tough finding a restaurant you’ll actually enjoy working at. No matter what time i came in the staff laughed & joked amongst themselves & with customers. It was enjoyable. However lately it’s been clearthat the dynamic behind the counter has changed, and not in a way that benefits the team or the customers. Being someone whos worked in fast food before & is a loyal customer, it’s upsetting to see a place I used to love decline like this.

Have to shout out manager Jarehimy for making sure that the food was fresh for my toddler! She was on top of everything and making sure tables were all enjoying their meals. Above and beyond for a fast food restaurant.

This was the absolute most disgusting experience I’ve had in a long time. Not only was the woman who was working that night rude but she could’ve told me that they close at eight instead she just scooped old food into a bowl and I asked if it was fresh and she just pretty much rolled her eyes I should’ve left, but I was trying to give the place the chance. There’s no way this will stay open. I have tried to contact managers regarding my horrible experience and I have gotten nowhere. I would’ve liked to refund because it was not edible. Save your money 💰

Food was cold and noodles were falling apart cause they were over boiled. Meat was dry and tasteless. And even last year menu options were so much better and food was more delicious. Got really upset cause everytime we came to the outlet we ate Asian grill. Really doubt that we will go there again.
