Inconsistent service takes the joy out of the experience. It’s not a super high traffic area, so you can definitely get in and out quickly. However, they always forget ingredients, even when you discuss the ingredient list at the counter. A few weeks ago, they gave me unripe, inedible, and super hard, big slices of kiwi. Not even sure how she was able to slice it. I recently got a power bowl and there was zero protein in it. For $15, that’s really annoying and I expect way better. A certain few of the servers are usually unpleasant, it’s a gamble every time you go in. Honestly takes the joy out of going for what could be great bowls and a pleasant experience. Go to another location.

This place was like a hidden gem in the outlet. It’s closed off in this corner where almost no one goes. I was able to order immediately without having to wait in a line at all. The staff were very helpful and considerate. The oatmeal bowl I ordered was prepared swiftly and also tasted very nice. Heavily recommend!

This place is amazing and Kosher certified! I got the Açaí Energy smoothie and it was sooo good! Super fresh, perfectly blended, and honestly one of the best açaí drinks I’ve had. The staff was also amazing — they even threw in extra açaí for me, which totally made my day. Great service, great vibe, and delicious smoothies. Definitely coming back!

The workers, especially the girl with glasses, had a negative attitude as soon as I walked in. I said hello and received no response back. As I’m looking at the menu, they give me blank stares and eye rolls; unfortunately it was my first time there. Disrespect all around the place. I thought the bowl would make up for it, but it came out entirely liquidity. Do not recommend.

I came in to the store,The workers were so busy talking to each other .. laughing and having fun. Finally they made my order I saw it wasn’t the things I ordered.. I never had such a bad experience at playa bowl! I’m Realy disappointed
Rude and unsanitary - server dripped dirty water into the smoothy, and then used fingers to wipe the edge of the cup before serving. I don’t recommend anything at the Woodbury Commons location. It was filthy.
