Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I had a three piece chicken tenders, with mashed potatoes they didn’t have mashed potatoes so I got the rice and beans they forgot to put the rice and beans in my bag had to drive back. The rice and beans rice was hard. They didn’t close the chicken box, the box was open my chicken was at the bottom of my bag. The chicken was cold and hard. I asked for BBQ dipping sauce they didn’t put that in the bag either. I was to far away to go back I tried to call but of course no one picked up the phone. Just disappointed what a waste of money and time.

KFC is way better food is bland and always there oil aways taste old which makes the food taste horrible and I've tried 15 different places in ny state and there all the same don't recommend this franchise

First day when they Manager said I’ll catch up No ketchup , we went Spicy g 2nd day there they said no fries no coleslaw, worst popeyes in NY , disappointed for 2nd time.
Franchise corporation needs to investigate them . Making very low quality.

This place is extremely unfriendly to dogs! They demanded that you leave immediately, threatening to call security if you didn’t comply. As a local resident, I have never experienced such treatment at any other restaurant in the area—at most, they would politely explain the situation. However, here they angrily kicked you out, even though there isn’t a single ‘no pets allowed’ sign on their door.

Great service, new location and they did their very best. Managers were very helpful and nice, and order was hot and fresh. They worked as fast as they could and helped me with questions about some items on the menu!

The food was obviously delicious but, I placed an online order around 1 pm. It was very busy which was understandable but the wait was extremely long (for fast food). I went in when the app said it should be ready and the order was not. I went back in about 5 minutes later and I see orders packed up behind the counter. There was only 1 person working the front & he seemed to be the owner/ manager, so I just waited my turn. They finally gave me my food, closed with stickers and all. I’m basically “on the clock” at this point and just leave to get to my job. When I finally open the meal, I’m missing 1 side, my dessert, and I was given the wrong drink. I was obviously super annoyed so I called and talked to who I believe was probably the same man at the store. I told him my issues and he completely remediated them for me.

So to summarize:
The service is very shaky BUT the I was not give attitude or problems when I brought up my issue. They took care of it no questions. It was only my 1st time at this location and I believe it’s fairly new. I’m sure they’ll get better as time goes on.

Went here for the 1st time on Monday October 7th 2024. We decided to try here because we never been to a popeyes before, and wanted to see how they were. Because of this, we actually went there in person to order our food. So a bit about Popeyes, it is like a KFC, except they slow cook their chickens. It has options of chicken breasts, wings (both boneless and bone-in), drumsticks, thighs, it also sells chicken sandwiches. They have some indoor seating as well. The person who helped us was very kind and pleasant. We ordered 2 Chicken sandwiches, and a build your own bucket with chicken breast, some drumsticks, and boneless chicken. This bucket also came with a side, and biscuits. For the side, we ordered mash potatoes. Order was about 46.00. We ordered it to go, and paid with a credit card. We went home and ate our food. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich, and thought it was better than KFC. Maybe not better than Chic Fil A, but it was still good. i thought the mash potatoes were good too. Hope to come here again soon!

In the driver it takes a long time to deliver food, that's the bad thing. The food is good but the attention is very slow.

Only two other customers, and they still managed to get the order wrong. After 10 hours on the road, we were too tired to go get them to fix it. Don't stop here. Keep driving

my rating is more of a 3.5, but i'll lean with a 3.

i come here once or twice a weekend via drive thru, overall good. the main issues i've been seeing is they take their time. i'm not sure if it's in their business model or if they're cooking the sandwiches fresh or something, but this place takes longer than other fast food establishments i know of. that said, the chicken here is crispier and overall i think better than what you can get at kfc nearby for their similar chicken sandwich thing.

another thing is they kind of dump the fries at the bottom of your package, you can't really ever take them out in one nice fashion because most of it is lying on the bottom lel. but uh what was i gonna say oh yeah one time i went, they took an unusually long time, but i had a nice guy give me the chicken sandwich but once i got home, it was raw/undercooked. i proceeded to eat that rubber patty anyways just to see if i would get sick (i didn't, i guess i have a good stomach), but i should've went back and asked for a refund. other than that, they cook them quite well.

i won't mention much about the taste of items, because that's such a subjective thing but their wings and shrimp taste a bit too salty/bland at times so i stopped ordering them. that isn't to say they suck, but in comparison to the golden bbq sandwich i get regularly, they're not the same in comparison.

i'm just waiting until the chipotle opens nearby before i switch over, trans fat ain't great for us sh000t

Order at the drive throu took 10 minutes for 1 car in from of me to get served. Than waited another 10 minutes to get told to park the car so they can bring the food out. Waited another 5 minutes in the lot for someone to come out. Mind you I ordered one if simplest things a chicken sandwich by it's self no frys no drink just the sandwich. Went into the store to find out what's going on. Realize they charged me for the wrong order as I was waiting then I get told to hold on we have to give food to people waiting. Asked where my food was and in the back I hear oh we gave the sandwich to the guy after me and then get told "tell the white boy oh well he can wait" The messed up part is I then get told "oh you can wait 10 minutes so we can do another one". It's now ove 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich I demanded a refund for the order before me that I paid for and got told na were refund what you ordered. Not only did I not get my food I also lost almost $15 because they refused to fix there mistakes.
