My stepdaughter and I went to get a smoothie at Waffle de Lys, and Cynthia waited on us. She was very kind, and offered samples right away. Cynthia was very welcoming and answered all of our ?s.

We are in Gatlinburg for the week and was walking to another attraction when we stumbled upon Waffle de Lys. I had heard NUMEROUS good things, so we decided to give it a try. The guy who took care of us was super amazing! He explained everything to us and treated us with such kindness! Highly recommend!

My son and I were visiting Gatlinburg for the first time when we stumbled upon Waffle de Lys, an exquisite dessert shop tucked into the bustling, southern charm of the main strip. Despite the large line and an even larger group of people waiting, the two young ladies working behind the counter remained focused, crafting each drink and sundae with care and precision. Every creation looked as beautiful as the pictures on their menu, which is no small feat! We ordered hot apple ciders and a waffle topped with ice cream, caramel, bananas, and whipped cream. I can honestly say it was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had—whether in this city, another country, or even another continent. We loved it so much that we had to return the next day for another sundae! This time, we were greeted by the owner, who was working alongside what I believe was her son. They kindly asked us to wait a moment before taking our order, and then the young man stepped up and explained what makes their waffles so unique. Little did he know, we were already hooked! His pride and enthusiasm were infectious, and honestly, adorable. As we waited, we had the chance to chat with the owner while she made our treats, and she was just as delightful as her creations. It’s clear that this business is a true labor of love. I don’t often write reviews, but Waffle de Lys is truly one of a kind. The passion and authenticity of the people behind this shop deserve to be recognized. Keep up the fantastic work, Waffle de Lys, and best wishes for continued success for your business and family!

my wife and I threw up after several hours eating waffle from here. They are not using fresh ingredients here.

I paid $15 for this!!! The cream is not whipped, the waffle is raw inside, not tasty at all! The seller has a dissatisfied face and she is rude, as if she is doing me a favor!This was my favorite place before! I will never come back here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone!

The girl was attending us was not understandable, I asked the payment receipt for my credit card , she answered me that was not printable, I gave my phone number paying attention that she understands but receipt never arrive. Service very low
