Waffle De Lys

The customer service is just absolutely terrible. Workers are extremely rude. They act they don’t want to work. Then don’t… not helpful at all. Really ruined my whole experience. I wish I never stopped by the booth.

First time to Woodbury mall and found this shop right next to the food court . The menu looked yummy and delicious . Ordered 2 waffles … the initial menu said 7.50 for waffle and I went to order ! Of course - it was double the price - adding ice cream etc . It was very expensive ! I’d say - not worth the price but kinda ok .

Taste was good . I got waffle with Nutella .. tasted really good ! Went well with ice cream . I also got the strawberry and chocolate waffle with ice cream . Wasn’t as good as Nutella but we finished it :) it was good overall but toooooo. Pricey . Service was good . Lots of seats to sit and eat . Good overall. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

My stepdaughter and I went to get a smoothie at Waffle de Lys, and Cynthia waited on us. She was very kind, and offered samples right away. Cynthia was very welcoming and answered all of our ?s.

best french salted caramel ever, and even better with those crunchy Belgian waffles

I'm not that big of a fan of Waffle but the Belgian Waffle really blow me away, also the service was really friendly and nice to me and my family. I will be back soon!

We are in Gatlinburg for the week and was walking to another attraction when we stumbled upon Waffle de Lys. I had heard NUMEROUS good things, so we decided to give it a try. The guy who took care of us was super amazing! He explained everything to us and treated us with such kindness! Highly recommend!

JFYI -
The waffle is packaged and warmed up. It is not fresh, miniature-sized, raw inside, and tastes quite bad. They’ll douse the packaged waffle in chocolate in an attempt to make it taste good. It’s also $15, and they don’t advertise prices on the menu.
