Maybe don’t go to the Chaffee NY store if you’re diabetic because when you ask for sugar free they will just poison you. I loudly and clearly ask every time. Also the dude with rough looking dreads should be wearing hair net.

I paid a little over 19 dollars for food this evening. They took my money and didn’t advise it would be a long weight. I pulled around and no food came out. I was forced to leave as I had time constraints.

I ordered a drink with no ice and got half a cup of drink? I’m sorry that I don’t want to waste my money on buying ice from here. Like really? Isn’t that just being petty? Why can’t I just get a full cup of drink? Is the company doing that poorly that they couldn’t afford to give me what I asked for? When I got a drink last time I got practically a full cup of ice and decided not to say anything. I will not be coming back if that’s how this company is run, on pettiness and rude customer service.

I love tim hortons I spend almost $75.00 a week for the coffee and my wife gets the iced coffee . The only thing I would change depending on which one you go to is alot of the cashiersneed training in customer service and preparation. I lost track throughout the years on how many times I've gotten ground in my coffee or the coffee is so hot it's hard to hold I've asked for sleeves and they always seem to ruin our of sleeves as well as cups...

Ordered two number 7’s with hash brown for the side. Instead of putting the hash browns in paper wraps they just threw them in the paper bag

Went there this in the drive in morning paid with my card , i didn’t realize that i had left with out my credit card . Went back later that day to retrieve my credit card . Asked the guy at the counter if he could locate my card that was left there . I told him my name and he went to retrieve a bag with at lot of cards in it ( so them not returning customer cards in the drive in seems to be common occurrence ) to help him shuffle thru the 80 cards i narrowed it down And told him it was green said it was a NFCU credit card , at that point he kept asking what color and that i have to show my ID at that point i told him to show my card and i would gladly prove my ID. Then he stopped looking and i left. Thanks for the hassle of getting a new card. I would rate customer service a -1 for not checking for a green NFCU card. If you are missing a card more than likely they have it.

I ordered the farmers double stacked breakfast wrap which we all know does not come with the stupid sauce and hash brown but when at the ordering screen, the guy argued with me that it does, even though I pointed out which one I ordered (mobile order), and he still gave me the wrong one

It take 15 mins to get through the drive thru, then I was told at 7:15 would have to see if they had hash browns. It’s unbelievable that you are out first thing in the morning. Then all my food was just thrown in the bag with no napkins. This is just ridiculous I will not go back. All the people would rather stand around and talk then help the customer

Just went to grab a coffee before work. Ordered hot coffee with espresso. She gave me an ice cold hot coffee with no espresso and was rude. It's like the coffee has just been sitting out

The staff seemed condescending and asked me multiple questions in a mocking manner and proceeded to still mess up my order. It was a horrific experience.
