Got to visit this gem of an independent brewery today. Incredible selection of unique beers especially if you prefer something that’s not an IPA. Brent and his family are going to put Chase Mills, NY on the map for true beer believers. Pardon the dust as they get this location ready. I look forward to returning back for more

Going to In Law is an event. A proper event.
It's only open 6-8 on Thursday so everyone is there to enjoy themselves and have fun. Cars were lined up on the side of the road when I arrived. Also, lots of out of state plates.
People bring their chairs to sit, as there is lots of room, I'd suggest doing the same as there are seats and tables but in limited numbers.
On to the beer. There's a great selection to choose from. I tried a hazy pale ale and a NE IPA and they were both delicious. No flights offered, or at least I wasn't aware if there was.
A food truck is also there and my goodness the Nashville chicken sandwich is fantastic.
I'm really glad I took the time to visit.
