This place has an amazing Prime Rib. I can't recommend this establishment enough. It's a bit out of the way but well worth it.

This is a gem in the heart of the Southern Tier. Food, atmosphere and food is exceptional.
I have had two horrible experiences here, one being tonight. A friend and I went to have dinner and a couple drinks. We sat at the bar. I believe Kirstin was the bartenders name. Extremely rude. I asked if she knew what a Negroni was (drink). All she said was no, like not even I’ll look it up and make it for you. YOU’RE A BARTENDER! I had to ask for menus and then we sat for at least 30 minutes. Kirstin wouldn’t even make eye contact with me so I could tell her we’re ready to order. Needless to say, we got up and walked out. The time before it was my husband, son and myself. Same thing, the waitress sat us, took our drink order and brought the drinks, but never came back. We sat for 20 mins (with a toddler that’s a long time). We ended up walking out. Mind you, both times it really wasn’t that busy and I’m pretty sure waiting on people is their job and how they make their money. Maybe Kirstin should find a different one. I know Deb has worked so hard and it’s a beautiful place and the food is really good, but the shitty service out ways all of that. Sorry Deb. I’ll never go back to this establishment.
