Orders are constantly made wrong. Even when the manager says he will remake it, it is done wrong. I had one order made wrong 3 times in a row in the same visit. It took 45 minutes for them to finally get it right as I stood waiting. Haven't been back since and won't go back. Went back because a friend wanted a Whopper with cheese.....$9.07! Manager said it was $8.07, twice. You must be crazy!Manager needs to learn better English, as well!

Very clean burger King, usually don't eat fast food. Stopped in for a quick bite. Store very clean. Excellent fries, chicken nuggets cold. Roomy many places to sit. Not many charging stations noticed.

They had 3 people working in the entire restaurant, and it has a drive thru! I went inside to order 4 things, which took 20 minutes to receive. Cold fries and onion rings....

I never got my food. The manager needs to learn to speak better English. My son is Hispanic so I'm not racist. But the manager was unable to communicate with me about my bk.com order because I needed a refund. Fortunately the nice people at bk.com were able to refund my money. But it was a huge hassle. Will not go to this location again.

Food has become very disappointing. Although they claim that burgers are flame broiled, they come frozen and are reheated and taste like it. I remember when their burgers were actually flame broiled on a special conveyer belt. That has been long abandoned. The buns crumble on my hand, indicating frozen old bread. Quality differs from store to store. I rarely go there since their business model changed. Thursday night and dining room was empty. Tells you something.

Last time I will ever go to this BK! Everytime I have ordered it's been a nightmare but this is the last. Ordered online 60$ worth, went to pick it up after 15 min (only live 10 min away), waited in the car on them for 10 minutes for our food, got home realized that the fries were definitely old and not fresh (not even warm), they left our 2 Hershey pies off, didn't listen to our requested of no tomatoes on our sandwiches, mozz sticks were badly overcooked and my chicken sandwich was over cooked and chewy. Don't bother with this BK and take the extra drive to the next town over in Goshen, NY if you want decent BK.
