I never got my food. The manager needs to learn to speak better English. My son is Hispanic so I'm not racist. But the manager was unable to communicate with me about my bk.com order because I needed a refund. Fortunately the nice people at bk.com were able to refund my money. But it was a huge hassle. Will not go to this location again.

Food has become very disappointing. Although they claim that burgers are flame broiled, they come frozen and are reheated and taste like it. I remember when their burgers were actually flame broiled on a special conveyer belt. That has been long abandoned. The buns crumble on my hand, indicating frozen old bread. Quality differs from store to store. I rarely go there since their business model changed. Thursday night and dining room was empty. Tells you something.

Last time I will ever go to this BK! Everytime I have ordered it's been a nightmare but this is the last. Ordered online 60$ worth, went to pick it up after 15 min (only live 10 min away), waited in the car on them for 10 minutes for our food, got home realized that the fries were definitely old and not fresh (not even warm), they left our 2 Hershey pies off, didn't listen to our requested of no tomatoes on our sandwiches, mozz sticks were badly overcooked and my chicken sandwich was over cooked and chewy. Don't bother with this BK and take the extra drive to the next town over in Goshen, NY if you want decent BK.

“Jessica” horrible customer service a horrible attitude off rip gave me the wrong order I asked for the bacon king meal was then charged for the regular ole small bacon burger. I asked “only 9 dollars for the big burger” she then proceeded to say yes. No compensation just a nasty attitude I won’t be coming back and I don’t advise anyone else comes to this location
This is the worst BK you could go to, food is trash and the employees are unbelievably rude. They completely ignore you when you go up and try to order. Not only that, but they can't even take simple orders, I went in today and ordered a double whopper meal which should come with fries and a drink. I go in my car to see that the guy only gave me a burger when I clearly told him I wanted the meal, not just the sandwich. I go back inside to let them know they left out the fries, now they were trying to charge me extra for them when they should have come with it in the first place. Awful, save yourself the time and money and just go to the one in Goshen.

Burger King is Burger King.. you wouldnt think there's much more you can say about it other than that. But this particular location, right off the Highway was next level. Went in a little after 9AM, while still serving breakfast, but wanted value meals off the regular menu. They told me i could have whatever i wanted, but theyd "unfortunately hafta make it fresh." That WAS NOT UNFORTUNATE AT ALL! I did need to wait about 10minutes for a FRESH original chicken sandwich with bacon added to it with fries, and order of 8pc chicken fries with onion rings. But this was BY FAR THE BEST BK EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! And the food wasnt even the best part. The entire staff was beyond accommodating.. A real pleasure ALL AROUND! A+++

Confused staff. I was handed. the wrong order with the wrong number. No ketchup offered nor any available at fixings counter. Burger was OK, even without sauce. No accessible restrooms. I asked for a water cup and received one. The water was excellent. No one should waste money on a soft drink if you order inside.

We were the only ones in the restaurant and had to wait a few minutes to even get acknowledged. Two cashiers walked in and they didn’t even greet us, just asked what we wanted. Very rude. No customer service whatsoever.
