I always enjoy this spot. The ice cream is made in New Jersey and brought up daily. Local owners, support, local businesses and local sports teams. Everybody's always friendly. The place is always clean and they make the best ice cream cakes. Move over Carvel this is the place to stop at!

We were visiting from out of town and had a pretty large group come in just before they were closing for the night. The staff were so efficient and welcoming. We really enjoyed our ice cream and would highly recommend!

Chester Ice Cream has the BEST salted caramel, gram slam, and soft serve vanilla ice cream around! And I’ve tried others-Goshen, Florida, Middletown, Pine Bush and Bloomingburgh. There is no comparison to the creaminess and flavor like here. You will not be disappointed.
