My husband and I are no strangers to Christopher’s Bistro. Being that we don’t like going out to dinner on Mother’s Day or other holidays , we chose mid week to enjoy a nice dinner out. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. We both ordered the filet mignon with a Gorgonzola cheese sauce, medium rare for me and rare for my husband. Although the filet mignon was tender, my husband’ s was cooked medium and mine was medium in the middle and well done ( they are not supposed to be cooked well done!) around the perimeter. My husband did bring this to the waitress’s attention shortly after his first several bites, to which she apologized. We are not ones to complain, but when our waitress returned later on, I pointed out that although the filet mignons were tender, they were not prepared to our liking and to please let the chef know that in hopes that he will be more attentive to requests in the future. She then offered to talk to the manager and came back simply saying she was sorry. We should have returned them both from the get go in hindsight. Mind you, the filet mignons were $48 each. At the very least, the manager demonstrated poor business practices by not coming over to our table to speak with us, nor offer to compensate in any way. We ordered an appetizer, dinner, and dessert. Well, they now have lost a customer… as well as any recommendation at all to dine there. Definitely not the Christopher’s Bistro we once knew and loved.

The waitresses and host were wonderful. I ordered french onion soup and a turkey burger. The French onion soup was just okay. It was watery broth without a lot of flavor, and the onions were not caramelized-Just boiled.
The turkey burger was not a frozen patty, so I give credit for it being handmade, but it was full of bread crumbs. It was entirely mushy, and I showed the waitress how it just smooshed between my fingers. The texture was horrific.
I looked at reviews and photos before choosing this restaurant, but my phone did not live up to the expectations I had.
The host came out to address the complaint I made to the waitress, and took the turkey burger off my bill an offered to make something else, but there really wasn't time because my friend and I were running to a show. I did not complain about the soup because it wasn't terrible.

Went here for the 1st time with my family on Friday October 11th 2024 for my mom's birthday. located in a small strip mall, may look odd from the outside, but the inside is gorgeous! it is a small restaurant. Since it is a small restaurant, you may have to wait a while. we got greeted by the hostess, who told us that there was a 30 minute wait, and most of the tables were full. We waited by the bar, and had a drink while we waited. the bartender was very insightful, and made really good drinks. We asked if they had cherry vodka, but the bartender recommended Ciroc red Berry vodka, which is in their strawberry lemonade drink. We started with 3 Ciroc Red Berry Vodka with sprite. they were very good. Before you know it, it must have been maybe 20/15 minutes, our table was ready. before leaving and paying with the bartender, my dad got the strawberry lemonade drink.They also have lots of speciality cocktails, such as an pumpkin expresso martini, and more! We then sat at our table, and our server was very nice, and greeted us right away. We got 3 waters, and i got strawberry lemonade drink for myself. We decided on some appetizers, we got the pretzel's, and spinach dip. I and my mom, thought the Pretzel was going to be stuffed with cheese and the meat. When it came, it was on top, but that can be a good thing-- because i tried the Pretzels and thought it wasn't bad. i definitely enjoyed the spinach dip more. We ordered our entries, and our server was great about giving us time to decide what we wanted, and told us the specials, such as another salmon with an extra sauce. I got the Seafood Fri Diablo, my dad got cajun pasta with sausage, and my mom got some chicken dish. Server did a good job checking on us, and refilling our waters if needed. I also used the women's bathroom, and it was very clean- single stall though. We all enjoyed our food, and took home some of the spinach dip, my seafood fri diablo, and both my mom and dad's meals. Only issue was that fri diablo is a bit spicy and when i tasted the pasta, it gave off a bit of a spice taste. However, there was plenty of clams, shrimp, calamari, and scallops to eat, and those hit the spot! next time i would ask to make the fri diablo milder. Overall great food! Our server supplied us with the check, paid via credit card, and left a cash tip. Hope to be back some other time!

Ok, so I eat out often, and that includes a lot of wings. I've had all kinds from all over the place. I live like 2 hours from this joint, and I have to say, these wings were in my top 3 hands down. I followed it up with a fantastic NY strip. My family agrees, this place is awesome. We can't wait to come back to this area so we can eat here again!!

Stopped passing through the area and would seek it out again. Christopher's has options for every palette-- elegant entrees to pub-style burgers. I had a beet salad with goat cheese and candied pecans. The perfect ratios made every bite enjoyable. My husband had a chicken taco special that was delicious and perfectly portioned. The service was A+ and the atmosphere welcoming.
