They literally mess up everything i order for delivery ... when im in person they get it right but due to being disabled i have to order to be delivered and every single time my coffee is disgusting they dont try at all especially because my coffee is very simple ... they go half ass on delivery orders complete waste of money and time

Day 2 in a row and i got my loaded hashbrowns without a lid. The kids working here are not professional, they work in shorts. Slow service and order given incomplete, completed after reminder. I believe the name of the drive thru person was gazel. Drive thru no greetings or goodbye.

Chester Dunkin service is really bad. Waited 15 minutes for a bagel . I was the only customer inside and watched as the crew would rather talk with each other then get anything done. I also watched the crew member make my bagel after using the computer with the same gloves on . What’s the point of having them on.

Drive through extremely slow service. They look under staffed. Also employee smoking cigarettes behind building where people are waiting in drive through, smoke coming in cars. I have kids. Find a different place to smoke.
Just an update to this survey absolutely nothing has changed. Excessively slow service. After sitting in line for an extended period I drove over to Goshen and got served and came back to Chester and the car that was behind me was still waiting on live when I drove past.

Servers here are nice and fast. Rating is low because instead of maybe charging an extra couple of cents for less ice, they fill the cup halfway? Never seen that before. When I asked them to fill it to the top they said it’s policy that they can’t. I may have well just paid for a smaller size?

First time visiting this location today. Foods are good and the girl at drive through window is so friendly.
I have been to the Chester Dunkin twice now. Both times I used the drive thru and got a hot tea and muffin. Both times the staff was quick, friendly and order was correct. I drove almost 15 mins to this particular Dunkin for the reasons I stated in review. Where I live there are a few Dunkin’s within a few mins but I won’t give them my business. As they are the total opposite in regards to staff and food. I definitely will be back to Chester!! Keep up the good work!!!

Went there to get a Hot Chocolate and a donut. I asked for the Chocolate covered donut and was told they only had certain flavors. When I went to pay for my order I asked if they had a Jelly donut and the boy yelled out “NO” with an attitude. This place shouldn’t have rude people working there, this kid should definitely work somewhere else so he doesn’t have to interact with people
